Escape to The Fawn, a newer 1-bed, 1-bath cabin retreat for two. Experience a perfect blend of rustic charm and modern amenities in a serene forest setting. Nestled between Murphy, NC & Blairsville, GA, it offers the perfect "illusion of seclusion". Enjoy a king bed, modern comforts, a private porch, and a fire pit. This pet-friendly getaway features a fenced-in dog yard for your furry friends. Remember to include your pets as guests during booking. An $85 pet fee per stay applies. 

The Property

Welcome to The Fawn, your newer one-bedroom, one-bathroom cabin retreat perfect for getting away from it all. Step inside to a bright, warm, and inviting open-concept living space that blends classic log cabin aesthetics with modern comforts.

Key Features:

Bedroom: Unwind in the spacious bedroom, which features a comfortable king-sized bed, a cozy sitting area, a large dresser with a mirror, suitcase stands, and a UHD Roku TV for streaming.

Bathroom: A clean, modern bathroom provides all the essentials for your stay.

Laundry: A convenient laundry closet is available for your use.

Outdoor Living: Step outside onto your private covered porch, furnished with wicker chairs perfect for sipping your morning coffee while overlooking the serene forest. In the evening, gather around the fire pit for a classic cabin experience under the stars.



Guest Access

Guests will have private access to the entire cabin and its amenities. Enjoy seamless and secure entry with our easy-to-use smart lock. You will be provided with a personal 4-digit code for your stay, which also operates the SimpliSafe security system. You also have full access to the private, fenced-in dog yard.

Interaction With Guests

We respect our guests' privacy and offer a self-check-in process for your convenience. While we will not be present during your stay, we are readily available to answer any questions or provide assistance via the messaging app should you need anything.

We had a wonderful stay at this charming cabin in Murphy, NC! The cabin was quaint, comfortable, and beautifully appointed with everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. Comfortable Cabin

This is, hands down, one of our favorite places we’ve stayed in The Blue Ridge Mountains! The cabin is clean and well stocked with kitchen items and towels/linens. It is the perfect place whether you just hang out and relax or use it as a base for other adventures! We will definitely book this property again!

Amazing!

The cabin is beautiful, clean, cozy and the hosts are absolutely wonderful!! We spent our mornings having coffee and watching deer from the back porch. The Bed is so comfortable we purchased the same mattress just the other day!!! I can’t say enough wonderful things about this place and we can’t wait to return!

Quiet, clean, and beautiful

We could only stay one night as we passed through. But the cabin (Fawn) was fantastic.They really took pride in building the cabin and it is very clean and comfortable. The neighborhood is quiet and the small herd of deer came out mid-morning. Highly recommended.

Amazing cabin and host

We stayed here for New Years and to celebrate our 15th Anniversary. This cabin is flawless and the owners left nothing out. The kitchen is stocked with all the stuff you could need and then some. The owners answered all of our questiins within minutes of asking and went above and beyond to make sure we had EVERYTHING we needed to enjoy our stay. Thank you so much
