Beachside Home W/Stunning Views!

Wakeup to sunrises over Mt. Baker and the Twin Sisters while staying at this Beachside home at Sandy Point, WA. End your day with gorgeous sunsets over the Strait of Georgia and the San Juan Islands. In between enjoy beachcombing, watching whales and local wildlife, or just relaxing in a comfortable chair on the deck enjoying the views.

The master bedroom features a luxurious king sized foam bed, high quality linens, down comforter and beautiful views of the beach out of the double opening doors. In addition there are two guest rooms, one with a queen size bed the other with two twin beds and both rooms are fitted wiith cozy linens and comforters.

Make your meals in the fully equipped kitchen with granite counters, stainless steel appiances and everything you will need to whip up a gourmet meal, or bbq up a feast on the gas bbq while gazing out at the ocean or Mount Baker. The living room has three couches (one with a hide-a-bed) TV with a DVD player and a surround sound system. Enjoy a fire in the custom created gas river rock fireplace where the stones were hand picked from the Nooksack river.

While visiting Beachside be sure and walk the many trails, visit the marina and stroll the three mile long beach. Tennis, basketball and pickleball are also a short stroll away.
Seven (7) quality golf courses are within a half hours drive. Enjoy fabulous dining & entertainment at The Silver Reef Casino which is only 10 minutes away. Shopping and other entertainment is also nearby in either Bellingham, Ferndale, Bellingham or Blaine. The slopes and trails of Mt. Baker are a 75 minute drive to the east.

This truly is a year round retreat!

We had a wonderful weekend in this lovely property visiting with kids and grandkids. The house was perfect, and had everything we needed. The grandkids loved combing the beach for the perfect beach stones and shells. The owners were great, responded quickly to any questions we had. We would stay here again and highly recommend!

Beautiful view out either side of the house, mountains on one side waves on the other. Lovely retreat, fireplace, cozy couches and a very comfortable bed ( the sheets were wonderful!). Would definitely stay at the house again.

Well equipped, well maintained and very clean. The home was cozy and welcoming. You can tell there is pride of ownership here. Bedding and towels were like new which is also always telling. So peaceful and gorgeous views from front and back patios. Communication with host was also excellent. It was a perfect spot to celebrate our Mom’s 70th!

Wonderful property and beautiful home with everything you need to be comfortable. The beach is amazing- we enjoyed long walks and finding treasures. Very clean and inviting. Our host was great and communicated well. We would highly recommend this home and definitely plan to return!

It was a quiet relaxing week stay. The views are beautiful, the hosts are easy to talk to and very responsive. Beds were very comfortable, and had lots of games to play when we didn’t want to go anywhere. Great location if you want to be out of the city.

This was the most lovely house to stay in for our 27th wedding anniversary. It was close to town, but far enough away that we were able to feel isolated. We are an active family of 5 that loves the ocean. We find Beachside to be a wonderful place to relax and create fun family memories. When we are here we can be found combing the beach for shells, walking the trails and eating gooey smores around the firepit. The close proximity to Bellingham has allowed us to spend many quality family times here. Our children love the change of pace and the fun activities this home has to offer.

Why they chose this property

Because of the Mt. Baker and Twin Sister views to the east, and the Georgia Strait and island views to the west. It is very close to Bellingham where we live.
