Overnight guests must sign a bareboat charter agreement in advance of their stay, which is necessary for regulatory compliance. This is essentially the boat version of a car rental agreement.
Please note that staying on a boat is a very different experience than staying in a house or apartment. The bathroom is tiny, for instance, similar to what you'd find in an RV, and the toilets are not the standard variety. Think of it like glamping on the water. Feel free to reach out with questions if you have any doubts as to whether this is the right stay for you.

About the host
Hosted by Brian Barth
I write for publications such as the New Yorker and National Geographic and am currently making a film and writing a book about homelessness in the Bay Area. I bought this boat with my wife, a doctor, genetic engineer and filmmaker, as a place to bring people together from the various parts of our lives. We're inviting tech CEOs aboard alongside homeless residents we've befriended. We're using the boat in a new film and hosting dinner parties with artists, activists and freethinkers. And: we're inviting you aboard.
