The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels and store extra beds
Remove personal items and remove leftover food and drinks
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
-Place used bath, river, wash clothes & hand towels in front of the washer. If you have 2 or more bath or river towels, please start a load w/ detergent
-Wash dirty dishes thoroughly, dry & put away.
-Load and start dishwasher
-Gather belongings. We charge a $25 fee + shipping costs to return items.
-Turn off all lights, fireplace, small fans, central heater or AC
-Put away pack n play
-Clean the BBQ grill for the next guests, if used.
-Late checkouts are SOMETIMES possible but ask 24 hours before check out. If prior approval is not given, we charge $30 every 15 minutes after 11am.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
