Cozy Home in the Hartland Area!
Come enjoy our lovely home, located just outside of the Hartland neighborhood in Lexington. The area is very peaceful, the backyard has a large deck to enjoy your morning coffee. The area offers groceries, restaurants, and a very nice park. Near Tates Creek Rd, which boasts some of the best restaurants in Lexington including Malone's, Merrick Inn, and the OBC Kitchen. Centrally located, you can be to the University of Kentucky, downtown, or local hospitals in around 15 minutes. We are also very close to Fayette Mall and The Summit at Fritz Farm which houses lots of shopping and eateries. Combine the serenity of Kentucky with the charm of Lexington from this wonderful home.
