House was perfect for our multiple family vacation with 6 adults and 4 kids under 8. The pool and outdoor set up is great and the location is directly across a small street from the gate to the private beach.

This property was wonderful, just as described. The only negative is the bedding. The mattresses are soft and comfy but some in our group found them too soft. (I liked it) The sheets are a nubbly polyester rather than 100% cotton, and ALL the pillows should be replaced. Otherwise, a great home in Hilton Head.

Perfect for large family getaway! Amenities are the best and short walk to the beach… couldn’t ask for more.

Family time

Great location and the house had everything we needed. The elevator was needed more than we realized - definitely an A property!

House was everything we hoped for. For three families of 4, we had plenty of room. The pool was perfect, the beach access was very convenient, and the kitchen was well equipped. Master suites were perfect for adults and the children enjoyed their spaces. Table games in garage and beach supplies were great. Communication was seamless. Issue with hot tub needing to be cleaned was taken care of quickly.We would recommend some additional lights outside for night swims and additional umbrellas for shade.

This house was immaculate. It was the perfect size for our multi-generational family of 10. It’s a very close walk to the beach. It had more amenities than listed in the listing. Multiple beach chairs, beach and pool toys, beach umbrellas multiple beach towels, tons of games, any kind of small appliance you could possibly want as well as all kinds of spices. The kids enjoyed the game room in the garage, although it was very hot.

Beach vacation

We had a wonderful vacation! House was exactly as described and pictured! The location was perfect, being right across the street from the beach access. The house was stocked with all of the kitchen necessities plus more. The pool and beach supplies were also a huge benefit, especially with the 6 kids we had. Plenty of space for all of us to spread out! Would definitely stay here again!!

HHI 2024

This vacation home was amazing! The best home we have ever experienced on HH & it was perfect for our family . The furnishings & decor were spectacular - the kitchen had everything - each bedroom had its own private bathroom - & the pool & grill area were top notch. It was great to have all of the beach chairs , toys, wagons & towels . We didn’t need to bring anything! All of our questions or needs were met by the Avant Stay team immediately ! One of a kind vacation & experience for our family ! We will be back !
