The host was very welcoming! I even got a playlist The house was as advertised and in a great location, quiet and within walking distance to Coconut Grove. A couple of minor issues, but overall a very good experience. I would stay there again!

Host was communicative, responsive, and welcoming. Easy and safe parking. Cottage was well appointed, extremely clean, and comfortable. I was able to make myself at home here. The kitchen was great, but I never cooked because there were so many great restaurants within walking distance! Must start your day at Navi Coffee & Flowers!

The hosts were very gracious and communicative, but this property looks much nicer in photos than it is. It was not a clean as I would have hoped, towels were sparse, one of the bedroom doors would not close, etc. For the price this was a disappointing stay.

Fantastic Cottage in the Grove

We loved staying in this cozy cottage very close to all the action in Coconut Grove. We could walk to any restaurant, store, or even park within minutes. It was spacious for a family of four and we felt very secure with the gate. The communication with the property management was easy and efficient. My only suggestion is to add more coffee cups, wine glasses, and smaller plates to the kitchen supply.

We loved our stay at this darling little bungalow! First, I’ll say that communication was tops from beginning to end. Kudos for that part alone. The bungalow is secure and in a quiet neighborhood — but also close to the CocoWalk with great dining and nightlife options. The weather was a bit cool while we were in Miami, but the bungalow was ready for us with quiet and efficient space heaters and bedding that kept us cozy. The mattresses were awesome — that can make or break a stay for me! The design of the spaces was cute, and the bungalow was well equipped for our stay. It was perfect for our family of four. I’d return here in a heartbeat and hope you’ll consider it for your next trip to the Miami area!
