Our stay was absolutely perfect!!!The place was clean, decorated nicely and had all the essentials we needed. The pool and toys/floates made for a perfect day at the house and the grill was nice to have a nice meal in. I would highly recommend staying here.

Kitchen essentials and "florida" essentials like towels, beach chairs, etc were abundant!! Everything you might need is probably there. The place was clean, in what appeared to be a good neighborhood and was close to lots of restaurants, stores, etc. Be sure to Check out the bagel place a few minutes away - they were excellent!

Mike was great to communicate with. The pool is a shared but the setup is great. Feels like your own patio space then the large shared pool. Very clean and everything you’d need. Would definitely stay again.

Cape Coral to undwind

Mike was a great host and his property is very nice. It was easy to get to and easy to get in at night. He had motion sensor lights that made it easy to find our way. Thanks for a nice stay!
