Quiet residential neighborhood, 2 blocks in from the beach access and in the vicinity of the JW Marriott. Modern well equipped home with good space, size and attractive decor. Open floor plan to enjoy from in the kitchen to living room and dining area and with sliding doors that open to the lanai and pool. Sitting area on lanai under cover of roof line for enjoyment out of the sun or even it there is a shower. Split floor plan with master bedroom off living room on one side and two guest bedrooms off the kitchen on the other side. The pool is heated for full winter use. NIGHTLY RATES FOR LESS THAN ONE WEEK STAY INCREASE Slightly. Please inquire.

A short walk to the beach

This home was perfect for the five of us. A close walk to the beach near the JW Marriott. Clean home and inviting pool. We enjoyed our stay.

The house is spacious, and the kitchen is well stocked. It is only a 10 minute walk to the beach.

Perfect location

The house was in a perfect location. Close to the public beach access and restaurants. The pool is also very nice and big. Very satisfied with everything that was provided in the house. We will definitely consider this house again on our next trip to Marco Island. Thank you.

the house was perfect and the nightly cost was fair. However, when VRBO added in all of their fees it doubled our cost. I will not be using their services again.

Impressive

The home we rented on Marco Island was every bit as nice as listed on VRBO! Now this does not mean it was perfect. There were a couple of issues that was shared with the owner but they were not something that would prevent us from using this same property again.Now Marco Island was as nice as you could want. Not any traffic issues even for a holiday weekend! There is an abundance of dining opportunities as well. as shopping.
