This cabin was perfect for our visit! The views are beautiful and lots to do in the area. The drive up was fun! Scariest turn was onto Bridle Drive, but we soon mastered it. Comfortable beds, easy kitchen with everything we needed. We would love to come back!
The cabin is very nice with a beautiful view and the host, John is excellent with communication. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The cabin is in a very convenient location to everything in Maggie Valley. Just be aware that there are a lot of stairs to climb which may be difficult for older individuals. They do have baby gates by the stairs so young children shouldn't be a problem. Also, the house is way up the mountain so the last roads and the driveway may be a little on the scary side driving for some. We were on the go so we weren't at the cabin that much but it was a great home base for this family of six.

Thanks for the review Terri, the cabin is trilevel. 1st floor has 2 twin beds, and a bathroom with laundry room and foosball table. The 2nd floor is the main level with living room, den, master bedroom with attached bathroom, along with the kitchen/dining area, and rear deck with beautiful mountain views. Guests will spend most of their time here. The loft area has a bedroom, bathroom, and an open area with a futon. Many guests enjoy the privacy of having a bedroom and bathroom on each level, but I understand the stairs may be difficult for some. Our roads are all paved and 2wd vehicles are fine except for winter time, but it doesn't snow much in Maggie Valley (11" per year on average). The roads can be intimidating for some if you have never driven through the mountains.
We loved everything about this rental. The view is gorgeous and everything you need to enjoy the fireplace and the fire pit was provided. We plan to return here for future vacations.
We had the most relaxing weekend. I don’t think I have ever just taken a day to sit and read and relax at a cabin. We had everything we needed and ate quite a bit at the cabin.
The host was wonderful! He communicated back promptly and his home is exceptional! It is well stocked and has everything we needed. This cabin has the most amazing views. The location was great and it was so peaceful and relaxing. Watching the sunrise was the best! My family enjoyed it so much that we would love to stay here again in the future.
Views of the surrounding mountains are beautiful. Accommodations were spacious, clean, and comfortable. Host was polite and very responsive. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay!
What a beautiful cabin the was very private in Maggie Valley. Beautiful fireplace, lots of space in kitchen. Everything we needed was there. We will return when we come back to the mountains. Close to Blue Ridge parkway.
Amazing property!!! We loved it. Came up for a car event, stayed for 3 days. Didn't spend much time in the cabin. The time we did spend was well accommodatedwell definitely stay here next year!!
Cabin was very spacious with plenty of room. Bathrooms on each level made it especially accommodating.Decor was updated with a wilderness theme that was a perfect fit for the area.
We loved this cabin.. the view was spectacular and felt very private although It was only minutes to downtown Maggie Valley and grocery stores as well as many great hiking spots with beautiful mountain overlooks and streams. The view from the cabin was spectacular and there was plenty of room for the family to have their private space as well as wonderful common areas to enjoy time together. The cabin was the best stocked cabin we’ve stayed in and we’ve been to many VRBO cabins over the years. The host responded very quickly and was extremely helpful with any questions asked. We are planning on coming back and staying at this cabin again hopefully this fall to see the change in colors. I recommend this cabin to anyone visiting the area and wanting a dream retreat. Enjoy!!
