Welcome! We are a charming 1875 Victorian Estate which has been lovingly restored to its original grandeur! The Daisy Farm is set on 79 luscious acres which include an on site antique store in a fully renovated barn, lavish gardens & endless vineyards to walk, three porches to enjoy & a hot tub to soak with your family & friends. We are located in the heart of Chautauqua wine country & only 2.7 miles from SUNY Fredonia & Lake Erie, 9 miles to Lily Dale & 40 minutes to Highmark Stadium (Go Bills!) & Buffalo.

INTERIOR FEATURES~
This home has been lovingly restored to include fine details of a bygone era while mixing old fashioned craftsmanship with modern convenience and a cozy atmosphere. You’ll have everything you need to cook large meals in our state of the art kitchen, brand new mattresses, lines and bedding in all five bedrooms, luxury amenities for our 2.5 bathrooms including fresh white towels, soaps and body wash, & full access to the new washer and dryer to launder your personal items. There is so much you do to need to pack or worry about in order to stay comfortably with us! You will have full access to the entire property (minus the attic & basement) which gives you a total of 17 spaces to make yourselves at home!

OUTDOORS~
Mosey over to The Barn next door to do some antiquing (10% off your bill when you book a stay!), stroll the magnificent well kept gardens, sit on our three separate porches, two patios & seating areas through the yard! Located on the back porch with sweeping views, take a soak in our 8-10 person hot tub all year round! We provide you fixins for s’mores to enjoy with your family & friends around the large gas fire pit and enjoy a meal cooked on your choice of a charcoal or propane grill. Take an exploration to the back of the property to find creeks, wildlife & acres of vineyards. From this vantage point you can appreciate the wind turbines operating in the hills just beyond the vineyards which creates an extremely relaxing feeling. We have picnic tables throughout the property as well as picnic baskets for you to pack up a meal and a bottle of wine & enjoy the breathtaking views. If the season is right, you can go apple, pear, dogwood berry, pumpkin or chestnut picking! We even have a firefly catching net to create memories with your little ones for a lifetime. In the winter, bring your snowshoes or ski-doo and hit the trails!

Kitchen~
In the kitchen, you’ll have the best time making large meals with your group with brand new appliances including the massive stovetop, stainless fridge, dishwasher, microwave and cooking utensils galore. We provide your morning coffee with a variety of creamers and a large drawer of teas. There is an expansive pantry with everything you need to make cookies, a crockpot, magic bullet, blender, cookbooks, aprons, pots and pans, muffin tins… the list goes on! Enjoy a girl’s weekend in this space with a fun morning mimosa, have an alumni weekend get together with a wine tasting, or brew up some hot chocolate on a chilly night. You’ll love the rustic vibe with original 1875 floors, the gorgeous eye catching floral wallpaper and the show stopping large center island and chandelier that were both made by our on-site craftsman from wood that was sourced during the kitchen tare out. Spectacular!

Dining Room~
The formal Dining Room contains an 8-10 person dining room table with a large buffet next to it for all of your home cooked (or store bought) meals. If you have more than 10 guests, we are happy to set up extra tables and set with tablecloths so you can host all of your friends and family without worry. Original scalloped floor to ceiling windows allow for glistening sunlight to radiate off of the show stopping Italian chandelier above the long table. Enjoy another beautiful floral wallpaper as well as a fireplace that you can see through to the next room. This is yet another amazing space to create phenomenal memories.

Living Room~
The formal living room is a great space to unwind with your group after a big meal to play some board games, enjoy more local wine, have some dessert or play some songs on the gorgeous grand piano. This space was made for entertaining and enjoyment. Floor to ceiling windows light this space up and makes the original 1875 tiling by the fireplace glow!

The Den~
This marvel of a room is the perfect place to gather to watch a movie or game, grab a book from the library, bird watch with binoculars or pick out some games to play from the game cupboard or the “kids corner”- a hidden panel in the wall with goodies to entertain your little ones. This “masculine” space dons wooden walls with inlays and a brick fireplace that shows through to the living room. The crown gem of this space is the completely restored wet bar with functioning sink, glassware, shakers, bar tools and gadgets galore! Enjoy an after dinner drink and impress your group by showing off your mixology skills, imbibe in the local wine from one of many wineries that surround you, or crack a brew. Complete relaxation is the name of the game!

The Office~
Just off of the living room sits an office area with a desk & high speed internet access (which is throughout the house), just incase you have to get some work done. Another beautiful two sided fireplace sits in this space as well as the original blueprints to the house in massive frames, perfect for history and architect lovers. Fully restored hardwood floors run throughout the first floor giving this space as well as the others a warm, clean feel. This space can also be used as an extra area for one of several blow up mattresses we have incase the 5 bedrooms aren’t enough to accommodate your group. We want everyone to feel at home.

Front Entrance~
This space might just be the most Instagram worthy spot in the house with a gigantic fully restored spiral staircase that leads you to the bedrooms above. EVERYONE will marvel at its magnificence and want their picture taken on it! Bridal parties, bachelorette parties, reunions, birthdays, baby showers, club members… you name it, and you’ll all line up on it for a framer to last a lifetime!

Bedrooms~
Each of our five bedrooms are named after a flower, so you and your guests get to chose amoungst yourselves who gets to stay in what unique space! There’s the Peony Room, Rose Room, Tulep Room, Lilac Room and of course, Daisy Room! The Lilac is the Master and houses a King bed which has its own master bathroom with an absolutely stunning and gigantic walk in shower with a rain feature plus wand. Our other four spacious bedrooms have queen beds, boast beautiful views, high ceilings with floor to ceiling windows, each has a brand new flatscreen smart tv, suitcase rack, & plenty of closet or drawer space so you can unpack and stay a while. Fresh linens and towels await you in each room with drying racks. Rest well in brand new Serta mattresses and dream about the fun you had!

Upstairs Bathrooms~
Both the Lilac Room master suite and shared full bathroom contain shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hairdryers, essential oils for a luxury shower, and a few other surprises! The shared bath contains a shower with a beautiful new tub to enjoy a relaxing bubble bath. Our soaps are vegan friendly and cruelty free. With beautiful new tiling, chrome, custom cabinets and ample lighting, you’ll feel beyond comfortable in this squeaky clean space.

Laundry/ Exercise Room~
We are proud to have a full sized capacity washer and dryer on site for your personal belongings. We provide detergent, fabric softener and stain remover to make your travels easy. There is a pull out ironing board with iron for your convenience. On the other end of the room we provide yoga mats, yoga ball, weights and a beautiful stationary bike that has a view of the entire backyard. That way, you can skip the gym and take a spin while you wait on your clothes to dry =). The laundry room has a door that closes so an extra guest can use this space for an air mattress that we provide.

Location, location, location!~
Not only is The Daisy Farm located in the heart of wine country, it’s literally on the region’s wine *trail!* Additionally, our brother business right next door, The Barn, is on the official NYS Antique Trail! We are at the epicenter of so much activity! SUNY Fredonia is less than three miles away if you hope to plan a reunion, visit your child or plan their stay. Lake Erie is also less than three miles away, so bring your boat (yes, there’s room for you to keep it in the yard!), fishing gear, jet skis or anything else to make your summer stay remarkable on the water. In the quaint Village of Fredonia just down the road, there are adorable bakeries, local brew houses, fabulous restaurants, parks, hikes, shops, churches and our crowning glory, The Fredonia Opera House. Fun fact- the architect who designed The Fredonia Opera House also designed The Daisy Farm- a real point of pride! Additional spots to scope out near us include the world’s largest psychic community, Lily Dale, The Chautauqua Institute, The Lucy & Desi museum, The National Comedy Museum, The Dunkirk Lighthouse& Veterans Park Museum, The Marmaduke Statue, Peek ‘n Peak Resort, Holiday Valley, and Buffalo is under an hour ride away if you’d like to visit the second largest city in NY state.

In Closing~
We want nothing more than for you to enjoy the property and the tranquility that comes with it and to put a smile on everyone’s face who comes for a stay to remember. Have your cameras ready to capture your moments and feel free to post them on our social media so we can bask in your joy!
