*Kitchen is fully equipped with all basics. *Sleeps up to 6 guests.

*PET OWNERS: Only fully trained pets are allowed with a pet fee but must be pre-approved by host. Please contact me for details.



The Space:

*2 bedroom/1 bathroom unit with queen and 2 twin beds and pullout sofa.

*Can sleep up to 6 guests

* washer/dryer available (laundry room shared with 2 other units on the premisses)

* Free WiFi and cable TV available in the living room.

*Pets are allowed with pet fee. Please contact for details.

*Beach items are not included due to damage/loss of these items.

*Towels are provided for showers only.

*Linens for each bed are provided.

Positive comments great location perfect to stay a block away from the beach… Negative comments the noise of the neighbors behind the kids room was insane.my 2 little ones couldn’t sleep at all the they were so loud late night so you literally could hear everything I am saying everything so I have to move my kids in the master bedroom to have good sleep for our 2 night there. Also the situation with pets friendly was not free I still have to pay a fee of 75 for my little dog. Over all great location to stay

Richard, you mentioned the situation with neighbors only when you were checking out. I wish they told me that when the issue was occurring so I could reach out to the other guests. Pet fee is clearly mentioned on my listing and guests can see that information before booking.

The home was very close to shopping and restaurant's. It was very pet friendly. The beach is very close. The whole home was very clean and decorated very nicely. The host was very responsive and thought of everything.

Perfect Spot

Perfect getaway for our little family, including our dog😊 House is in great neighborhood, we went for daily walks. Easy access to beach, just a skip & hop away. Near plenty of restaurants, souvenir shops, putt putt lands, Barefoot Landing. We loved how easy it was to get to everything. We cant wsit to come back!

First family trip , I tried to tell myself this trip wasn’t about me because I hated the booking. Walls were thin, I heard the neighbor full conversation. Porch screen was broken in two places (dog and child kept leaving. Front door does not have a lock inside my child kept leaving out the front also. Everything was rusted, I split my toe open from whatever metal was on the floor. Safe to say that we had to sleep on the couch we were so paranoid. We booked using his military information, spent all that money and couldn’t get an extra towel, trash bags , WiFi so slow we didnt even watch tv or was able to work. Also from a former house keeper 127 fee for cleaning that place is not necessary at all everything is rusted. Thank yall for letting us stay but I would not come back .

I'm not known for being a person of few words but here I'll do my best. If you ever wanted to have a true traditional beach house experience that is pet friendly, beach convenient and locationally perfect, then this is your spot. One block over from public beach access with lots of pay parkin needed. The site has parking for guests. A quaint neighborhood that has well-marked pet convenience locations including disposal receptacles. Our unit was SC beach classic with knotty pine and fir appointments, and a wonderful porch for sitting and relaxing. Good water pressure and though an older bath tube; no real issues. I would have liked a larger main bedroom bed but being just the two of us I used one of the spare beds in the second bedroom that allowed me late night tv viewing for a true night owl. I will also mention being an ex-traveling salesman that spent more than 250 nights a year on the road requiring extra clothing, I over packed because a fantastic modern laundry room is on site. Shopping and quality restaurants are minutes away. I know more than a few times this year in the cold months I'll be looking at the very accurate photos provided and dreaming of the next time we can visit again. The Host was very kind a communication was superior. I may be midcentury modern prejudice but being a native of the Carolina's with many hundreds of days spent at the coast from Charleston to Kitty Hawk this home made us very happy. Thanks again.
