We really enjoyed our stay. Location is close enough to walk to gulf or restaurants. Can play in the sound with dog & even anchor your boat near shore. We stayed the week of Blue Angels practices & show. The blue angels flew directly over the house. Also enjoyed the pool & fenced in back yard. Great time!

Nice pool and great sound front location

The pool was very nice and the space on the sound was very nice. Great location for Blue Angels which is why we were there. It was nice that we could have our canine friends with us. The house built in 1955 and was basic but adequate for our needs. It was clean. Kitchen was a little short on utensils and cookware.

Pensacola Beach Cottage

Quaint 3/2 cottage on the sound side of the island. Exactly as represented, just a little sandy since most of the yard and the approach to the sound was all sand. Short walk to the main PB public access spot on the ocean side. The owner was responsive on Thursday evening when we got locked out and said he'd come right over, and then we remembered the door code less than a minute later (d-oh)... Overall nice experience for the fam. Thank you.
