COZY BEACHFRONT CONDO

Our second floor beachfront condo faces the Gulf of Mexico! Enjoy the sunset every night from your own master suite, living room or balcony! Situated on a quiet part of Redington Beach. The condo grounds are beautifully landscaped. The large heated pool, Bar-B-Q grills and sitting area are meticulously kept

Our condo maintains a NON smoking policy, with NO pets or children. Our condo has been recently renovated, is comfortably decorated and well appointed. There is a large master suite overlooking the Gulf of Mexico including a private master bathroom with king bed and walk in closet. The second bedroom has two twin beds and a private bath off the hallway. This floor plan is unique in the building. Only 5 of the 20 units in our bldg have this special layout

The large and newly renovated fully-equipped kitchen has been home for many family reunions and weekend get- a-ways. All appliances are brand new! Both bathrooms have also been renovated.

There are many great little restaurants in close walking distance from the condo. This is a quiet beach community known for its wide, beautiful white beaches, and quaint neighborhood shops!

There is ample parking and elevator access. Our condo is equipped with beach umbrellas, beach chairs, towels, games etc. The unit is well appointed.

Our unit maintains a "non smoking" policy and does NOT allow pets or children.

As soon as we walked in we knew that we were going to feel right at home! Views are stunning, beaches are beautiful and there is plenty to do within walking distance. Pat and Nick were excellent hosts and so very accommodating to our needs-highly recommend staying in this beautiful little beach oasis

Best condo in the building

Over the last few years we have stayed in 3 different units at The Shores and this is by far the nicest condo. The layout with the main bedroom with a view of the beach is perfect. Lots of things for the beach, we particularly appreciated the tent. Hopefully we will be back again.

We have stayed at many condos in Florida over the years. This one was the best. The layout of the unit was excellent. There are only 20 units in the building. It was very quiet. In fact we generally had the beach and pool to ourselves during our 2 week stay. The owner was great to deal with and very responsive. Quiet, clean, wonderful view from the unit, and great location. We will be back next year.

We have been staying in the Readington Beach area for year but this was our first stay at this particular condo. By far the best experience in the area and we plan to return for our next family vacation. The building was smaller than most so we got to know a few other guests and even though we were there during spring break it was not busy. The beach access was easy and since there are no near by public access point it might as well have been a private beach. The unit was updated and very clean, which I'm a stickler for. Family friendly restaurants were walking distance as well as bars. The owner was also very responsive to our questions and requests leading up to our arrival. Overall a great condo which we will return to and I will recommend to friends and family.

What a great beach place!!!

This was a great rental. Kim was wonderful to work with. She was very responsive to my questions before our arrival and she made some great suggestions while we were there. She recommended the Gulport Tuesday Fresh Market. It is a nice Old Florida town with quaint shops and artisans, we really enjoyed it. The condo is stocked with anything you could think of. We have never stayed a a place so well stocked. From kitchen utensils, pantry supplies, and bathroom necessities this place had everything. It even had everything you would need on the beach, chairs, umbrella, toys and games for kids. It is near many restaurants and markets and couldn't be in a better location. We go to Florida several times a year and will stay here again.

Beautiful beachfront gateaway

A beautiful condo at an awesome place. Both, the condo building and the condo were very clean and quiet. Facility Management have taken good care of the property frequently during our stay. This modern Condo was very good equiped and we never had missed anything. We loved to walk around the beach and watch the dolphins. Enjoyed our time at Redington Shores so much! Pat was a wonderful host to us, thanks for all!

This is our 10th trip to the Madeira-IRB area and this was one of our favorite condos. Pat was an excellent host with consistent communication. Even though we were limited in being able to take advantage of our surroundings and the great restaurants in the immediate area due to the Virus, we still enjoyed the beautiful condo and the serene atmosphere. Best condo on the beach! The unit was clean, well appointed, decorated beautifully as you would want at the beach, great location. I cannot stress enough how important the “cleanliness” factor is when you arrive at a place that is unfamiliar. Everything in the condo was spotless, and the pool area and bbq area was always kept very clean. We are already searching the VRBO calendar to book for next year. Our condo has been in the family since the building was built. It's on a lovely, quiet part of the North Redington Beach. My husband and I enjoy coming out every opportunity we get. We love to spend time at the beach with family and friends. We live in Tampa, which is just across the Gandy Bridge.

Why they chose this property

The views of the water are totally unobstructed and our balcony is private! I promise that you will feel at home just as we do, as it is our home away from home in Tampa. Whether you are walking on the quiet beach, swimming in the warm Gulf waters, napping by the heated pool or reading a book on the balcony you will be relaxed!

What makes this property unique

Our favorite spot in the condo is the comfortable balcony where we sit to read, enjoy a cocktail, and listen to the soft sounds of the waves and watch some amazing sunsets. There are a number of excellent restaurants and coffee shops as well as a fresh fish market within walking distance. It is a slice of heaven...You may not want to leave!
