Homeowners: John Dallett and Cassandra Dallett are brother and sister and live in CA. This is a family vacation home, our parents, Geoffrey and Mary built by hand.
Why they chose this property
Stunning and secluded, our family spent years sailing the Caribbean and searching out the most unique secluded beach to build a vacation home and retire from the sailing life. This special piece of land was once owned by the British monarchy. It's one of the best locations on Long Island, arguably the entire Caribbean. We built this home by hand with the help of some local labor. Finished in 2010, it has many unique carpentry features and artistic paintwork you will find nowhere else.
What makes this property unique
This family vacation home, built lovingly by craftsman and finished with tropical colors and fabrics. It is the most desirable property in the area with its perfect access to the beach cove, stunning views and perfect ocean sounds and breeze.
