Just Steps to the National Seashore

On the oceanside of Rt 6, our 5 bedroom, 2 bathroom Eastham home is located on a quiet woodsy cul-de-sac near the Salt Pond Visitor Center of the National Seashore. The house sleeps nine and will comfortably accommodate everyone. The first floor has a queen bedroom with hardwood floors, a living room, a large open kitchen and dining room, plus a full bathroom with a washer and dryer. The second floor includes a large room with two twin beds, a smaller room with 1 twin bed, two bedrooms with queen beds and a spacious bathroom. The home is decorated with original artwork by the owner's mother and others. There is a large wrap-around deck with a picnic table and lounge chairs where you can enjoy the 1/2 acre wooded property, a gas grill, a large hot water outdoor shower and a circular drive with plenty of parking. There is lots of room for kids (and grown-ups!) to play.

Just steps from the National Seashore, we are a few minutes drive to either Coast Guard Beach or Nauset Light Beach. The ocean beach can also be reached by bike, a 30 minute walk, or a short shuttle ride. The Doane Rock Shuttle bus is accessible by a safe 10 minute walk on a path through the woods. We are convenient to Wellfleet, Provincetown, Orleans, the Cape Cod Bike Trail and the bay beaches and fresh water ponds of Eastham.

The house is perfect for multiple families or multiple generations. We’ve included a portable fold-out mattress for more flexibility in your sleeping arrangements. Enjoy a day at the beach, come home to your outdoor shower, and then relax on the deck before going to the nearby drive-in movie theater, a round of mini golf, or a delicious seafood dinner.
