Communication was great. House was as pictured. We were informed of a ceiling leak just as we were arriving to check in. We were told that there wasn't any mold issues and it was more of a cosmetic concern until they could get the ceiling repaired. The ice maker was not working in the refrigerator but they did provide us with a bag of ice. They did have a small beverage refrigerator that was great for soda and waters. Plenty of kitchen items in good condition. The A/C and ceiling fans were working well and plenty of hot water for showers. The porch was especially nice (although it could use a good mopping not just blowing off). The pool was perfect and once I mastered the app on my phone it was easy to control the hot tub. Despite the initial concern with the ceiling, we enjoyed our stay in this home.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a wonderful time in this nice house, all was very clean and perfect fully equipped, the location was awesome, just a few minutes from the beautiful beaches, and plenty of restaurants, shop and supermarkets very close.
