Welcome to your beautiful, spacious home away from home in North Williamsville, 10 minutes to UB North campus, 30 minutes to Niagara Falls, 25 minutes to Buffalo, 15 minutes to the airport. This is an elegant and comfortable, peaceful home for families, with four well-sized bedrooms and a bonus kids' room/nursery off of the master bedroom. The master includes a full suite with a large walk-in closet, mini fridge and spacious bath with both full bathtub and shower. With two living spaces (a large family room and a game/piano room) and a gracious traditional dining room as well as a light-filled spacious sunroom off of the kitchen, this could sleep one or more families or groups comfortably. Located in a beautiful, quiet neighborhood with tree lined streets, this is an ideal location for kids and families, as well as professional or university guests, or tourists seeking a quiet and comfortable retreat.
A note about the location:
The house borders the local high school and middle school (behind the backyard) so in the fall on some evenings you will hear some sports games/announcements. You can also enjoy the track field and tennis courts just behind the property a short walk away.
