Nice neighborhood
Great location in a quiet neighborhood. Did not automatically receive any check in information from host and had to request the info from them the day before our arrival. First issue we had was the overflowing garbage can in the garage from the previous renters, not sure when the last time the garbage can had been taken out for garbage day. This caused gnats and fruit flies to come into the house every time we had to take our garbage out there, not to mention the smell that would come into the house. There was an issue with the A/C not working properly in 95 degree weather and the host had a company come out and fix the problem. We had to wash the bathroom towels before using due to them smelling musty and we had to spray down the shower curtains with cleaner due to a large amount of mildew on them causing the house to have a funky mildew smell. The tile floors seem to have a buildup of cleaner on them because our shoes would stick to the floor as we walked around. Lastly it seemed strange that only a partial roll of toilet paper was provided in each of the bathrooms for a week-long stay for a group of 8 people.
