Ideal for families and groups, Three Seasons combines the convenience of a hotel with the comfort of a condo with each suite having a separate living room and kitchen Entrances to the suites encircle two large atriums and feature a host of amenities. The building offers great entertainment with billiards (quarters required), ping pong, and foosball in the ground floor game room. Channel your inner pool shark with your friends and family at the indoor heated pool and hot tub. Cyclists rejoice — the property is furnished with a complimentary bike washing station and an indoor storage facility designed to protect your precious cargo. Located 855 yards from the base area, convenient free shuttle pick-up can bring you directly to the base area in winter and historic Crested Butte in the Summer. Enjoy additional property amenities like parking for 2, coin-operated laundry, and wifi in the condo. This condo is located on the second floor and is accessible by stairs. There is no elevator on site, but there is a luggage lift to help with loading and unloading.

(NOTE: the communal pool/hot tub may close during the shoulder seasons of April/May and October/November. Please confirm if you are traveling during these dates.)

The FREE Mountain Express Shuttle runs year-round for transportation to and from the Town of Crested Butte and surrounding areas. The Buttes are within close walking distance of the main transit center. Summer schedule runs every 20 minutes; winter schedule runs every 15 minutes; shoulder seasons every 40 minutes.

Crested Butte Lodging & Property Management offers additional services for our guests that others may not. Upon your arrival, you’ll find that we supply all linens, towels, and paper goods. This includes paper towels, toilet paper, starter shower kits, coffee packets with powder creamer and sugar, kitchen towels, dish sponges, dish soap, and dish detergent. Great location

This property was a short walk from the ski resort and buses ran every 15 minutes from the ski base to the condo. Location was excellent. Response from property managers was quick anytime we needed anything. Very clean, well stocked with extra blankets and pillows, dishes, cookware, towels. Was perfect for our needs.

Great location. perfect for skiing

Had everything we needed. right on the bus route to slopes. walked out, jumped on bus and at the mountain in 3-4 minutes. same on way back. Condo had everything we needed. comfortable. Incredible view of the mountain.

Good and bad

The living space was perfect for our family but the overall building and amenities were dated. There was no elevator (good things we do crossfit), game room was not worth spending time in, and the hot tub was broken. Good things...it was close to the mountain, on a bus route, and easy to hike right out the door.

Thanks, Paul! Great to hear the condo was perfect for your family! Elevators are not too common is Crested Butte but the Three Seasons does have a luggage lift to help move the heavy items. The hot tub was not in operation due to a major over haul and is not being advertised. However, we have a new hot tub that will be available poolside for the upcoming 2022/23 winter season! We hope that you'll visit again, soon!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Condo is a great location and right on the bus stop. It had a wonderful view of the mountain. The unit worked for family of 5 but 6 would be pretty tight. The condo was super cozy with a log cabin feel. Very clean. We were bummed the pool and hot tub weren’t up and running but our kids loved the pool table. Room for improvement includes having a kitchen that’s a bit better stocked. It could use some baking dishes annd more plates, silverware, etc. The beds were a little too firm for our liking but we slept regardless.

Nice place, FIRM mattresses

It was a nice place to stay. Excellent location and fit our group of 4 well. Nice balcony that you could see Mt. Crested Butte. However, 3 of 4 of us found the mattresses to be way too firm. One person slept on the couch the second night. We put several blankets on our bed to make it more comfortable. The layout is a little peculiar. The two entrances from the hallway into the condo are through the bedrooms. The description says that the condo is located near the base of Mt. Crested Butte but the map shows the property being just outside of the town of Crested Butte. IT IS NOT. I e-mailed them about this error when I made the reservation, but they haven't corrected it.

Great Condo, Rough Management

We really enjoyed the room. It was perfect for my husband and me, our 5 yo, and grandma. The indoor pool and hot tub were a hit. Check-in was an utter mess though. We never received a message with check-in instructions. We just knew the address, room number and that we couldn’t check in until after 4pm. We also received a text on arrival day giving us a code to our room. So, we were surprised when we showed up at 5pm and the building was locked and management office closed. The code we’d been texted didn’t work on the building door or after-hours lock box we found. Fortunately, there was an after-hours phone in the vestibule, and after 40 minutes and being transferred to three different employees, we were finally given the code for the main door and a code for our room…which was different than the one we’d been texted earlier. Once in the room, there was nothing telling us the WiFi name and password. Management did not respond to my text asking for it. Fortunately, VRBO customer service was able to provide it. The next day, management was quick to send someone to repair the non-functioning stove and toilet. We asked if we could have late check-out on the final day after all the hassle we’d experienced, and management readily agreed. However, there was some sort of miscommunication with the staff and we got charged another night’s stay. When I brought it to management’s attention, they apologized and processed a refund of the extra day, but still, it was more hassle.

All properties were converted to self-check-in this spring and we admittedly had some issues with some of our automations. Just what we needed

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our first trip to Crested Butte after many seasons going to Summit Co. The condo choices in CB are more limited, and we booked pretty late, but the 3 Seasons was exactly what we needed. Fast and reliable shuttle to the base, clean rooms, full kitchen, place to watch some TV, and quiet. Mostly, it was quiet. Don't expect the Ritz-Carlton, just the required and comfortable basics for a great long weekend.

Decent Condo

Nice, small 2 bedroom condo with a great view of the peak. Good spot if you’re here to ski. There was dog hair all over the living room floor but otherwise the place is decent

Top of the hill

We found the bldg easily, but after office hours. Luckily, the back door was propped open and we could go to box with keys. No problem getting them once I spoke with after hours personnel., well stocked kitchen and bath. Only complaint was that the bedroom was really stuffy and hot. Only saw the switches for in-room fan as we were getting ready to check out. Really liked the balcony. Location was great
