We were in town for an event at Berry College. Very convenient to the college. We were happy with our stay. It was a little loud with the traffic on a busy street, but it did not cause any problems for me sleeping. We would definitely return to stay at this property. The host was prompt in communication.

We enjoyed our stay in this house. It was just the right size for us and my son liked having a king sized bed! The kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans and appliances— they have both a Keurig and a 12 cup coffee maker as well as a toaster and blender. I really appreciated that the host was very quick to respond when I reached out to her and she was accommodating.

We stayed here for 3 nights, great communication by the host, wonderful place with the 2 king beds, only 1 dresser in one bedroom though but had a closet w/hangars. nice large kitchen, everything we needed if we wanted to cook in. bathroom kind of small, small area to park outside but well lit up at night.Description showed tub/shower in bathroom, was walk in shower, small in size but okay, decent water pressure, had a couple problems we told host about.IMO thought it was a little price per night @ 345

Wonderful stay!

Wonderful location to Berry: clean, affordable, fenced yard for dogs. Read fine print for breeds, though. This was the most well-stocked kitchen of any place we’ve stayed in—everything you need is there!

This nice little home is cozy and comfortable. The fenced in backyard was great for our two little dogs who enjoyed running and chasing each other! One thing to know is that the house is located on a reasonably busy 4 lane road with a hospital very close. So while it wasn't a problem, you should just recognize that the occasional ambulance that comes by.
