Seawind 1702 is a three-bedroom, two-bath condo located in the heart of Gulf Shores with AMAZING Gulf-front views from the 17th floor!



Condo Features:



• Access to the balcony is from the living room and primary bedroom



• Tile flooring is throughout the unit



• Fully equipped kitchen with everything you could need in your home away from home. The dining room table seats six, and there are four barstools for additional seating.



• Full-size washer and dryer are inside the unit



• Living room has a sofa sleeper



• Primary bedroom has a king-size bed



• Second bedroom has a queen-size bed



• Bunk room features a set of twin bunk beds (*Children six years or younger should not be permitted on the top bunk)



• No waiting in long lines for check-in or check-out with keyless entry



• Maximum of two cars allowed. Guests are required to purchase parking passes and armbands upon arrival at Seawind: Parking passes - $60 each (limit 2), Armbands - $2 each (limit 8). Cash or check only.

Home away from home

This is our 4 th year coming to this condo. It is homey, well appointed, upgraded beautifully. New couch and chairs are very comfortable. ITrip is so wonderful to work with, I highly recommend them.

Clean condo , kitchen had everything you would need..the property manager was great with communication and anything that wasn’t right was corrected quickly ! parking isn’t the best.. if you have a large suv the parking spots are for small compact cars and security comes by and places tickets and boots on your car if your barely on the line . Close enough you can walk to a lot of restaurants and shopping ! The pool and hot tub are great besides the security officer throwing you out of the pool if you don’t have your 2 band on .. besides parking and security the trip was amazing and would stay there again !! The beach view is amazing !

Perfect Beach Getaway!Our stay at this beach condo was absolutely perfect! The unit was spotless, beautifully maintained, and had the most amazing beach view. We loved having direct beach access and really appreciated the complimentary beach chairs and floats — such a nice touch! The customer service was excellent too; they even called to make sure our check-in went smoothly. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and can’t wait to come back!
