Very clean, easy to park and enter. Steps might be difficult for older individuals. Easy access and walking distance to downtown Wausau activities, bars & restaurants. Host never answered our call when we were having difficulty looking the door when we left/checked out.

Loved the premium towels and dish towels. Appliances were great. Whole unit was spotless. Appreciated the laundry. Great base to walk and explore downtown shops, the local parks, and restaurants. Rib mountain is only a few minutes away, and Dells of the Eau Claire is about half an hour.

Great place right downtown, surprisingly downtown :) We walked to restaurants and coffee shops and it was easy to go any direction out of town from the location. The amenities were great as well. Thanks!

Tim was very easy to work with and the apartment was very clean and cozy. The apt layout is roomy and the neighborhood was very quiet. We enjoyed our time in Wausau and the apt was very convenient and we were able to walk to some interesting shops, bars and cafés.
