Spacious 5 bedroom, cozy home with private beach access!

Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located place. This home features five spacious bedrooms, which sleeps 12 comfortably. Very large, partially fenced in back yard with a short walk to our private association beach, as well as a short walk to the public town beach. Just 3 miles from downtown Falmouth where you will find our shopping centers, restaurants and more. Also located 5 miles from woods hole where you can catch one of the ferries to Martha's Vineyard.

perfect house for a big family. We spent most of our time outside in the backyard and at the picnic tables. The porch on the side of the house that is glass in Was a wonderful place to start the day. The sauna was a bonus!
