Fabulous ocean views and just a short walk to the town center and Pier! Open kitchen, living and dining room area with private balcony access from living room. Bedrooms tucked down hallway along with the bathrooms. Primary bedroom has full bathroom and another private balcony.
Building amenities include an indoor heated pool, lounging deck and boardwalk steps to sandy beach. 2 assigned parking spaces included onsite.

Host was very helpful with a couple issues. I think they need to get more silverware and dishes. The pool was a hit with the grandkids. Beautiful spot to watch the sunrise.

We had a wonderful week at this rental, but only because we were all together and loved the access to the beach. It was clean, however, there were certainly areas for improvement, enough so we would not rent this unit again...no working coffee pot (drip nor keurig), one LR window would not open, the MBR screen was held in place by scotch tape, no working light in the DR, inadequate, insufficient, & ancient fans, and mattresses that are long overdue for replacement.Keep up with the necessary upgrades and maintenance and we might come back. Its a fabulous location. Dont let it fall into ruin

As expected from the pictures, the location was beautiful. However the place was not ready when we arrived. It was not stocked with kitchenware and boxes of such were on the table. The internet boxes were sitting disconnected on the coffee table. Worst of all,a butcher knife was lying on one of the beds. We called and this was taken care of shortly, but we had to leave so they could get it together. We were promised a dinner for our inconvenience, which we didn’t really expect, and it never happened, but a follow up call to see if all was well would have been appreciated. Even after “making it right”, the Keurig machine only worked on the individual cup side, the lock fell out of the slider, the blinds were broken, there were no dish towels or pot holders. The place needed some deep cleaning as well as some TLC. We sent pictures to management showing some of the filth and disarray. Overall happy with the location but disappointed with the place and lack of follow up.
