Location is excellent relative to attractions. Clean and neat. Driveway is difficult to navigate in wet weather.

The cabin was cute and just the right size for me and my husband. The driveway however was a little tricky but manageable. The jacuzzi was perfect! And I appreciated the washer and dryer.

The only real issue was the difficulty of the driveway. It was very steep and very narrow with a sharp turn. No issues with anything other than that.

Ants and mice! The ants showed up the first morning after we unpacked breakfast and snacks. There were ants on the counter, in the cabinets, sink, and on the floors. We notified the property manager and they sent pest control, but on our second to last day, there were mouse droppings all over the kitchen counter, in kitchen cabinets, and in the closet. Nothing was done about the mice or mouse droppings even though we notified the property manager. In addition to the pests, the bed was extremely uncomfortable, and there was not a fitted sheet on the bed. The driveway was steep and difficult to park due to the sharp turn and incline. If you do not have a 4wd vehicle, you shouldn’t attempt to park in the driveway. The only other parking is down on the street on the side of the road. Not ideal. It was not great stay for my wife and I (May of 2026 for reference). I would not stay at this property again. It is pretty obvious that the owners didn’t have the customer experience in mind when preparing or listing this cabin. The TVs are small, the keys to the cabin must be left on a lock box at all times, and the lighting inside the cabin was very dim, especially at night. The only good thing I have to say about this cabin is that the AC works.

We are sorry for your experience. Bearly Mine is a wonderful cabin that has typically good reviews. As for the bed, we typically make the beds with all flat sheets as it is easier to make and unmake. Fitted sheets do not always stay on the bed. We have also had guests without all wheel drive park with no issues but I do think these roads/driveways are not for everyone. It is important to look at the pictures, area map as well as any video footage we provide with our listings. You did rent a cabin in the woods and we do typically have all kinds of creatures and sometimes those get into the cabin. I do see you called us and we did put in for an additional pest control treatment as well as offer you some compensation for your troubles which you accepted. We were receptive to helping you. I thought I would mention this since you didn't seem to. We hope you will return to the area again.
