Renovated 3 Bedroom Beachfront Resort Condo!

Imagine waking up to incredible sunrises or retiring to breathtaking sunsets that you can enjoy from your private sundeck or multiple balconies with views of both the east and west end of South Padre Island. You undeniably have one of the best seats on the island for watching the weekend summer fireworks!

You'll be staying in a newly renovated South Padre Island condo on the 11th and 12th floor of this popular resort building. Downstairs, at entry level, there are 3 bedrooms, 2 full baths, a beach closet with a variety of accessories, multiple balconies, and a large outdoor sundeck. Upstairs is a spacious living & dining area, the kitchen, and a wraparound balcony.

The spacious living area provides 12th floor panoramic views of the Gulf of Mexico through ceiling-to-floor windows and opens out to your own wraparound balcony! A half bath upstairs is ideal for daytime living or for guests using the large sectional (not a sofa sleeper) for overnight accommodations. You may choose to dine-out every night however the kitchen is fully equipped for those gourmet island meals. A full-size washer and dryer in-unit also add convenience to make this the perfect place for your South Padre Island family getaway!

Sunchase IV is a gated resort with beautiful grounds, private beach access with sand showers, two pools and hot tubs, two children's pools, outdoor grills, tennis courts, racquetball courts, a 2nd floor library, a fitness center, and a 7th floor communal sundeck. The walk through the beautifully landscaped grounds to the private beach access is relaxing and, within walking distance, you�ll find South Padre Island restaurants, shops, and nightlife as well!

Location was just what we wanted

We love the location we've stayed in this area a few times. Short walk to area and will be back. Again sometime in the near future "Parking not so much" The thing i disliked the most is the safety of our vehicle. No security cameras in front parking lot Hoa was no help at all.

Everything was great except for the last day.

The last day was without water for 6hrs, water was off for 2 and took 4 hours to get rid of the brown water. Water was definitely undrinkable at that point.
