Really nice condo, is you are visiting Universal studios or Seaworld, I really recommended, you be in the middle of both parks. You are close to everything, Publix, restaurants, international drive. The condo was very clean, it looks like that has been remodel recently. I'll definitely stay there in my next trip to Orlando if available.
The condo was pretty but there were problems. The sliding glass door to patio would not shut all the way. The condo was cold because the patio door was broken. The beds were hard and clearly need replacing mattresses. There are no curtains so how can you sleep. The window in the second bathroom has a gap or a crack because cold air was coming in through there. Bathtub is second bathroom does not drain properly - very slow drain which is gross.
You can call it beautiful but not very comfortable.
We loved the location and the condo was a nice size for our family of five. We've stayed in many VRBO units, and this one ranks right in the middle.
The best thing about the condo is the location. It is in a gated complex so we felt safe. It's on the top floor so we didn't have to worry about loud neighbors above us. We had easy access to the Rosen Aquatic Center, Universal, and Disney; 15 minutes to the airport and an hour to Cocoa Beach.
There are a few things that can make this rental go from good to great:
-an instruction booklet
- replace the windows, especially the bathroom window as it doesn't close all the way
- fix the sliding glass door as it doesn't seal correctly. I checked it multiple times during our stay because the street noise was awfully loud.
- need more spoons and cereal bowls
- a few mixing bowls would be nice
- clean the oven
- deep clean the condo, esp the baseboards
- ditch the pillows on the couch as they've seen better days
All on all, we enjoyed our stay. We're a pretty laid back family and can adapt as long as we can get a good nights sleep. My biggest recommendation to ensure a good sleep in this condo: sleep with a sound machine and the ceiling fan running so you don't hear the street noise.
The condo/apartment is very clean, spacious, quiet, and have all the necessities (pots and pans, utensils, towels, toiletries etc) Owner states that the unit was completely remodeled in Dec 2025 which I truly believe it as almost everything look new. I believe owner fixed some of the issues mentioned in older comments so good job to the owner. It is 5 mins from Epic Universal studio, walking distance to Publix, and 15mins to International Drive where many restaurants around so it is extremely convenient location for this property. They suppose to have a great pool but we didn’t have time to use which you may not want to miss it. Overall highly recommended!Alan
