My sister and I had a wonderful time together here! It was a perfect place to stay and the view was breathtaking! The condo is large and great for family travel. Open the back door and you are steps away from the pool area. This makes an especially good stopping point for those that are traveling on 95 to Florida.

Lake visit

This is a well stocked condo with the exception of soaps and shampoo. There is a Keurig with a few pods provided. It was perfect for a weekend visit with friends. We look forward to returning in the future. The sunrise is absolutely beautiful! A very nice place on the lake!peaceful place!

Spacious with pool and a spectacular view

Spacious and well-laid out unit. Easy check-in instructions provided by the owner. Great place for families. Open concept which works well when cooking in the kitchen. Nice location on the first floor, but we never heard any neighbor noise above us. Parking spaces right outside your door for easy loading and unloading. The gated pool is close (steps from back covered patio with chairs) and just beyond it is a beautiful view of Lake Marion. Although we traveled to the area for a funeral, this rental made us feel like we had a bit of a get away as well. We all enjoyed watching the boats, and the nearby walkway by the water. We have a lot of family in the area and we would rent this place again.

Spacious home but needs a good clean

Great area, and the house is beautifully decorated and fully stocked for cooking. Good hiking trails and boat rentals. The host responded right away to questions. The patio was not clean, garbage lying around and filthy chair cushions, and two of the three bathrooms were not cleaned. The kitchen stove and fridge were dirty. The host said that it was hard to get cleaners in that area.

Great location for playing all golf courses. Pool was right outside condo and overlooked lake. Need new pots/pans for cooking and updating appliances. Enjoyed our stay.

The condo was easy to find and to enter. However, we had to clean the refrigerator and the deck. There were cobwebs under the furniture and on the windows. The deficiency in the cleaning may have been the result of the fact that an occupant had left the facility the morning of our arrival and cleaners did not have sufficient time to do a through cleaning. Also, the instruction manual did not have the name and telephone number of the current manager or owner. Overall, the condo was adequate and our stay was enjoyable
