Getting Around:

If you arrive by car, you will be happy to know that we offer free parking. There are 4 spots in the driveway. However, if driving is something you would like to avoid during your stay, there are many convenient, easily accessible transportation options close to our home.

★ Note about the Kiddie Pool & Pool ★

While it may look like a hot tub, the smaller section of the pool is actually a kiddie pool and does not have a jet pump or hot tub features. It’s perfect for little ones to safely splash and play!



The pool is heated to a comfortable 80–85°F, ideal for swimming year-round. However, weather conditions, including air temperature, wind, and rainfall, can affect how warm the water feels.

We are not responsible for FL weather changes / delays leading up to and during your reservation. In the event of a storm, our cancellation policy stands. Please purchase Travel Insurance.



★BUGS & CRITTERS★

Please be aware that this is Florida. If you don't want bugs, mosquito's, spiders, snakes, armadillos, lizards, iguanas, raccoons, palmetto bugs, deer and/or cockroaches in the house, please do not leave the door open. We do not give refunds for bug and/or animals found in or outside the property. We do have a monthly pest service in place. We can at anytime have dangerous animals located on this property.



★IMPORTANT★

This property has special local compliance requirements which include a signed rental agreement, ID verification, and a security hold of $1000 (which is not a traditional security deposit, just a pending transaction). As an optional alternative to the security hold, you may opt in to purchase a non-refundable damage waiver provided by a third-party insurance company. The optional damage waiver is $37 on time fee, for stays up to 10 nights, with an additional $2 per day for stays longer than 10 nights.
