Perched on the second floor and boasting convenient elevator access, this renovated end unit is a quiet, family-friendly villa minutes away from stunning private beaches.
This villa is close to the front entrance of Seabrook making it easy to get to Freshfields Village and Bohicket Marina with stunning views of the sunset and delicious arrays of restaurants.

**Note: Amenity cards are purchased through the amenity office. By purchasing the amenity cards, you would have full access to the Lake House, and all of the amenities included in it, such as an outdoor/indoor pool and the gym. There is a private pool that is within walking distance of this condo and is included automatically with this rental. This rental does not include access to the Seabrook Island Club/Golf Courses.
