What an amazing home for our family retreat! A perfect home for 8 adults with plenty of room for everyone to be together or do whatever they want on their own. Having beach chairs, umbrellas, bikes, etc. makes this so convenient for our vacation! We could not think of anything we would need to make our trip better. Thank you and we would highly recommend!

Family spring break

What an amazing property! The views from the top floor are unparalleled and provide a sense of tranquility. The amenities in the community center were great and the neighborhood is close to lots of dining and shopping options. Communications with the property owner during our stay were prompt and very helpful. We will definitely stay here again in the future!

Family vacation

We had a wonderful vacation in Santa Rosa. The location of the property was PERFECT! While there wasn’t direct beach access from the property, you could drive less than 5 minutes to get there. The ocean view from this property was amazing. The host was very attentive and answered all question. We can’t wait to go back!

The home had a beautiful view and was peaceful and tranquil. My family enjoyed the spacious and sparkling clean environment. We loved the open space where we could gather, and the home was well-stocked. We also appreciated the provided bikes and beach chairs. We really enjoyed our stay from booking this unit to checking out! The house is beautiful and stocked with everything you need. Awesome home

Beautifully decorated home with amazing gulf views overlooking the Topsil forest. Deer grazing in the back yard, osprey and bald eagles and occasional dolphins in the gulf! Gated community which was quiet and short walk to the pool. We would highly recommend and hope to return in the future. The owners were excellent to work with and could not have been more responsive.

Amazing views and perfect for families!

5 stars! Kristie and her husband were outstanding hosts and this property is an excellent choice if you're looking for a quieter stay for your family and yet have amazing ocean views. We love Cypress Dunes because of the pool and overall vibe -- NOT a party destination but lots of families who are renting and others who own but are very friendly as long as you aren't looking to party. We loved that this home came with some of the basics that helps out families like ours enjoy our stress-free vacation... things like bunk beds, beach chairs, sand toys, tennis rackets, bikes, many TV's, etc. We would love to come back in future years!

The property is amazing. We needed a 5 bedroom house, and this one more than met our needs. The view from the 3rd floor porch was beyond amazing. The property throughout was incredibly luxurious. The host was a great communicator from the outset. We have stayed in multiple houses in this neighborhood over the years, this was by far the best. The pool, hot tub, and work out facilities are second to none. Because the neighborhood is a modest size the facilities are never busy. You really feel like this is your house, your pool, your neighborhood. Did I mention the elevator. It was used often as we had a couple people over 70 years old.

Amazing! Every detail thought out!

This was an amazing house, host, neighborhood, and location. Every deal was included. We used the beach chairs, bikes and boogie boards. The kids loved riding the bikes to the beach. The pool was quiet and only a few houses down. The kitchen had everything we needed including Tupperware for us to keep our leftovers and fresh cut fruit fresh. The coffee bar was great! My Dad loved grinding his own beans every morning while I enjoyed the k cups. Our host was amazing and answered all of our questions right away. Her recommendation of the Bishop road beach entrance was exactly what we needed to feel like we had the place to ourselves. That beach is much different than the crowded ones down the road. We will definitely be back!

We enjoyed the house so much! It has a spectacular view with multiple outdoor spaces. The house is beautifully decorated and spacious. Our family enjoyed our stay very much. The host has excellent communication skills and was very helpful during our stay. We loved being so close to the property pool and gym too! The kitchen was stocked with all the accessories you would need for cooking, which is pretty rare for rental properties that I’ve stayed at. They even had a Pack n Play that our baby got to use! Highly recommend renting their property. I’m already referring family and friends to stay here too!
