Close to miles & miles of trails and only 6 miles from Prescott's great restaurants, night life on famous Whiskey Row, family events, Rodeo and a great place to spend the holidays in Arizona's Christmas City.
Sit on the back deck or firepit area and enjoy the beautiful sunsets, view of Granite Mountain and your horses just steps away.
The space
Recently remodeled with wood/tile floors, new carpet. Master has kind bed with brand new 14.5" Sealy mattress. Total 4 Bedrooms + hide-abed gives you sleeping for 10. Family Fun Room with full size Foosball Table, Shuffle Board, 55" Smart TV for gaming or movies. Total of 1.3 acres with 2 stall mare motel and huge 1/2 acre turnout with round pen. Driveway is plenty big for your rigs and circle driveway makes it easy to park.
Guest access
Guests will have complete access to the entire property including horse stalls.
Other things to note
Two horses allowed - poop dumpster on property with weekly pickup.
Small / Medium dogs welcome if not barkers, diggers or markers. Damage deposit will be required for dogs. If your dogs are responsible please bring them to enjoy the fully fenced yard.
