This home is designed to make you feel home away from home with amenities like a fully equipped kitchen, a laundry room, a living room, two and a half baths, a dining-in area, and a private pool in the back patio. The house is located inside of the Encantada Resort with lots of amenities for your comfort and contact with nature.
The space
There are 3 bedrooms; 1 King , 1 Queen, and another bedroom with a twin bed and 1 twin bunk bed. The house also offers two full bathrooms upstairs and one half bathroom on the first floor. This unit accommodates 7 people very comfortably.

Guests have access to entire house plus the pools and amenities.

- Pets are NOT allowed because the house is designed to receive guest who have severe allergy issues. Although we like pets very much, we can not stay at places with animal fur or dust. Therefore, we ask for your deep consideration of our guests, and do NOT bring pets into this house. Please, think about those who want to travel with their families and enjoy beautiful moments but have a medical condition.
- There is a security Ring camera outside of the front door.
- Please be aware that this townhome does not include a barbecue grill. If guests wish to use one, there is a rental fee of US $85.00.

Super Condo !

Nous avons séjourné 8 jours (20-28 Février) dans ce magnifique condo. L'endroit est facile à trouver. L'arrivée autonome fut facile. Les détails de la propreté ainsi que les équipements ont été les facteurs prédominant de notre appréciation. Tout est conforme à la description. La piscine chauffée privée est très agréable. L’environnement du site est jolie et facile pour la marche et/ou faire des rencontres au « Club house et la piscine commune » prêt de tout par la 192. Nous recommandons fortement cet endroit. Merci.

Perfect home away from home!
