Perfect Family Getaway Near the Beach
We had a wonderful stay! This home was a perfect fit for our family with two young boys. It was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had everything we could possibly need. While you really can't go wrong with how close any cottage in Maushop is to the beach, this one is basically knocking on the ocean’s door - which was a huge bonus for us. We appreciated how family-friendly and well-stocked everything was as well. We’d definitely love to return!

The Perfect Getaway

Great experience
Great location, close to the beach in a quaint Cape Cod village. The cottage was very charming and fit all our needs. Very clean and comfortable. Would definitely recommend to friends and family.

Nice place; beautiful property and private development! Nice access to beach and amenities of the development! Rental a little smaller than pictures but in great shape on inside with everything you need! Outside of building needs a little tuneup-looks like winters are hard on it.

Lovely little home away from home
More and more we value the feeling of a home away from home, rather than a hotel. This property was exactly that, our family was immediately comfortable and had everything we need at our fingertips. Beautiful, cozy and close to so many wonderful things, we can't wait to come back during the proper summer season.

Couldn't have picked a better location for our week in Maushop. Great unit with all amenities we could need (stocked kitchen, quality beach chairs / towels, ice maker in freezer, etc). Property manager prompt in communications. Would stay again

Great week in Maushop Village. This is the fourth different unit we’ve stayed in, and definitely the best location so far. Right across from the stairs to the beach, and a 2 min walk with the wagon down the path to the beach. The grassy area next door was also great for kids to play, and the road loop around the unit is quiet enough for bikes and scooters. The unit was clean and quiet, and worked well for two adults and two kids. Thanks for the 2025 Maushop beach memories!

The Perfect Spot!
Perfect location, seamless check-in and checkout, clean as a whistle and great host to work with.
I have stayed in Maushup Village many times and will say that this location was by far the best.

Great vacation spot
The property is well maintained and had everything we needed. Comfortable furniture throughout. Brand name linens! Owners did not skimp on anything. Great location to the beach and beautiful ocean view from master bedroom balcony. We had a great experience staying at this property and would definitely consider staying again.
