Penthouse on Park Street

There is only one 'Penthouse on Park Street' in the Paso Robles area! We invite you to come and experience it for yourself. You will be just steps away from all the finest restaurants, wine tasting rooms, shopping, and the park in this newly remodeled 4 bedroom (2 King, 2 Queen), 2 bathroom luxury loft. This stylish 2000 square foot loft is fully furnished and features a gourmet kitchen, hardwood floors, wireless internet, flat screen TV with streaming options available, washer & dryer, Keurig coffee maker, and central air/heating. We have two parking spots available in back behind Pasolivo along with a Tesla charging cable. ***Please note the charger is Tesla-specific. If you have a different EV but have an adapter with you then you should still be able to use the cable. If not, there are several other EV charging stations very nearby.

Also, please know this is a non-smoking residence, pets are not allowed, and we do have one security camera located at the front door.

And don't forget to stop in at our Pasolivo Olive Oil downtown store right below the apartment for a complimentary tasting!

Birthday getaway!

We had a great time at Penthouse on the Park for a birthday celebration! It is close to everything we wanted to do and the olive oil tasting was a lot of fun!

We had a great short stay here. Everything is so walkable from here. Great food, great coffee and great olive oil. I'll come back and spend some more time here exploring.

Amazing apartment on Park.

This is the perfect property for a girl's getaway! Walking to everything. It has a fantastic kitchen...which we didn't use because of all the amazing restaurants and wine tasting nearby. The beds were very comfortable and plenty of space for our group of four. I will definitely be back!

This property is beautifully taken care of. Lots of space and well laid out. Located right in the heart of downtown. Visiting Paso is an annual girls trip for us - we'd stay here again for sure!
