Apt 4/6 Pax With Sea View
This recently restored apartment with free wi-fi connection is composed of a large kitchen/living room area, balcony with chairs and tables to eat outside, 1 double bedroom and 1 twin bedroom (with possibility to join the beds and/or convert them into bunk beds if needed to host up to 4 people), 1 bathroom with shower. The house has a large garden to share with barbecue area, washing machine, laundry area, outdoor shower.
The property is composed of two separate apartments, with two separate entrances and a balcony divided by a partition to guarantee full privacy.
The area and the house are recommended if you are looking for a quiet place where to relax and enjoy peace.
The property is just 300mts away from the sea which you can see from the terrace but it's very near to other beaches too. The area is very quiet and wild and yet very close to other beautiful beaches and touristy areas.
We don't have a parking space inside the property but there are some free spaces just outside the gate or at 100 meters away.
We provide linens only for the kitchen but we can rent linens and towels at 10 euro per person per week.
The use of the laundry machine is 5 euro per washing.
Final cleaning and electricity are included as well as whatever grows in the garden at the time of your stay (lemons, grapes, persimmons, apricots, figs. :-)

We were born and raised in Sardinia and have always loved this area. We built our vacation house in the 80s and this new apartment only recently for our children and grandchildren therefore we put lot of care and attention to details. We love this area because it's very quiet and wild and yet very close to other beautiful beaches and touristy areas.
Why they chose this property
The apartment is situated on a hill (100mt asl) and only 250mts walking from the beach. From the terrace, one can see the sea and it's a very quiet area, ideally located for excursions, and always with a nice breeze in the evening.
