Perfect accommodations

Beautiful, clean, had everything we needed, and management kept in touch with needed instructions to make check in and check out smooth as silk. We loved our house and would definitely use again and recommend to others.

Great service!

Great service before the trip. A woman called multiple times to ask if we had received codes and if we needed any ideas on what to do on the island before check in. Thank you

Seabreeze is a great vacation rental to work with!

Seabreeze is a great vacation rental to work with. They provided the necessary information on check in and check out procedures. During our week at one of their rentals they wanted to know if everything was going as expected and if we were enjoying our stay. I would use SeaBreeze again when looking for a vacation rental.

This property was immaculate!

This property was immaculate, had a well-stocked kitchen and was in close proximity to the beach. The elevator was an especially nice perk. The check-in and check-out processes were seamless, with excellent communication from the SeaBreeze team. Thanks for a great stay!

Absolutely by far the best!

Absolutely by far the best service oriented vacation rental company we have worked with. The home was beautiful and clean. Location was perfect. But the friendliness of the Sea Breeze staff was outstanding. They go above and beyond making sure that your needs are met.

Chasing the Sun 🌞

Wonderful location with easy access to the section of the beach we love the most. Well stocked home, especially the kitchen. If you need it, it’s there. The salt water pool is heated and offers both sun and shade in the midst of beautiful landscaping.

The most wonderful experience! I loved everything from the property. Very clean, with all the amenities needed. The pool is super clean with a great temperature. The elevator is a plus to go from the pool to the third floor and also to move all the suitcases. The master bedroom is very spacious and the bathroom has heater too. The location is the best just one block from the ocean. They have everything you need for the beach, kids toys, beach chairs, umbrellas, etc. I highly recommend this property and Sea Breeze management is excellent, very professional and friendly. . I will reserve this property again.

Our group loved this property! The pool was nice sized and the area around it had plenty of room and seating for our entire group. Had no complaints about the comfort of any of the beds from anyone in our group. Kitchen and living room were nice sized and had space for all of us to sit around and talk about the day. Short, one block, walk to the beach is a definite plus to this property. Good and easy parking. Elevator was a big plus for one member of our party who just can’t do stairs. It did quit working one late afternoon and called them and they had someone there to fix it very quickly! Was Impressed with that and their overall communication from the entire week. They checked in on us or sent reminders of trash day, or instructions on things with the house almost daily, all by text message and I appreciated that! AC worked well all week and the showers had good water pressure. Been visiting the island from Ohio the last 15 years and this is definitely somewhere we’d stay again!
