Like new and comfy

Loved this condo. Super clean, comfy, and stocked with everything you need to stay in and relax. Great pool that’s not too crowded and it’s clean as well. Little bit of a walk to beach but it’s mostly covered and shaded and scenic. Close to many restaurants and a publix. Def recommend this place. Thank you!

The issues:1.Ants crawling around in master bath counter and shower 2.Dryer did not work from day 1This rating is a result of simply awful communication/ response time from rental management ( PANHANDLE GETAWAYS) even though we reached out multiple times daily.It was as if we did not matter because there was no sense of urgency. We were told so many different things about the the dryer repair and ant remediation that we finally had to laugh at the inconsistencies.The “top” manager Susan just refused to call me back even though I reached out many many times. There were some generic texts about potential repairs and big remediation happening but no call and certainly no one showed up to do the things promised.We would have been happy if Susan and Panhandle Properties would have moved us or offered to get our laundry done. We also requested a bottle of spray for the ants but that was denied too.We arrived Friday night and I notified them Saturday of the issues.We would like a refund for having no way to wash and dry towels, swimsuits, beach towels or workout clothes. It was gross.

Absolute best spot! Walkable to all sorts of shops and restaurants. Beach is literally under half a mile from door to the spot you set chairs down at. Pool is amazing for kids and adults. Couldn’t love this place more!
