Kolby's Kottage is an adorable 4-bedroom, 2-bathroom, sound-front home nestled in the beautiful town of Beaufort. It was built over the water and provides breathtaking views of the sound from all four bedrooms!

Total bedding includes 3 queens and 2 twins (trundle).

Additional Amenities: This home is equipped with high-speed wireless internet for your streaming and browsing needs. There are 3 Roku-enabled Smart TVs with various streaming services available. You will have access to the outdoor deck and private dock area during your stay. Interior Washer and Dryer.

The fully-equipped kitchen has a coffee maker, oven, refrigerator, and microwave.

UP TO 2 DOGS ALLOWED with our All-Inclusive Pet Program (Weekly and Nightly Rentals Only; Monthly Rentals Not Included) - no fee! 2 Dog Max. It is the responsibility of pet owners to ensure that they clean up after their pets (i.e., picking up waste from property grounds). Should the guest fail to do so, an additional fee of $100 will be charged to the credit card on file.

Linens and towels are provided with beds made for weekly and nightly stays.


Rents weekly Sunday-Sunday. Rents nightly with a 3 night minimum in advance during Off Season, last minute during In Season.

Please Note: The dock will accommodate a 35 ft boat parked with ;-motors facing away from the house.

(1) Guests must pay in full when booking through VRBO. The card provided at the time of booking will be charged for the total. Guest will receive follow up communications including Management Company’s Vacation Rental Agreement for e-signature which is required for all stays.
(2) Management Company reserves the right to deny stays less than 7 nights, if the arrival date is more than 30 days out from the booking date. Stays less than 7 nights, with an arrival date between mid-April to mid-October, are strictly prohibited unless approved by management.
