Good place to stay. Very close to the beautiful, quiet beach. House has 2 bathrooms which is nice, an outside sitting area, pool and hot tub. The view of the ocean is between 2 high rises but you can see it. No full lounge chairs for the beach or pool so bring your own. The owner was friendly and helpful.

Great Stay and so close to the beach!

We really enjoyed our stay! The location was great! Entire cottage was clean and well stocked. We enjoyed the beach chairs, noodles, board for our time on the beach!Would totally stay again!

We enjoyed our time in this lovely flat. Check in was very easy. The proximity to the beach was the best! We could walk back to use the facilities in just a few minutes. Sami, the property manager, was very nice and always available quickly if needed. Beach chairs, umbrella and laundry facilities were a strong plus!!

Excellent! Fantastic view from the deck! It was a clean, private, well appointed place, with everything I needed for my stay with my dog! The host was so accommodating and I had such a rejuvenating week! Thank you, Jude & Sam too!

We had a great stay here for a few days while getting away from the cold weather in Ohio. The pictures don't even do this place justice. The cottage is so cozy and private, the beach is very close and the bed... the bed is amazing! Jude is so kind and made us feel very welcome. Thanks for everything!

Perfect Location!

My husband and I wanted someplace near the beach and this spot delivered! Cozy and private and steps to the beach, it was perfect! The hosts were great and very responsive to any questions we had. We would absolutely book here again!

Great get-away spot!

Quant cottage on beautiful Indian Rocks Beach! Cottage is well-appointed with quality towels and linens, kitchen utensils, etc. The upstairs deck has a view of the water and a lovely breeze. Location to local businesses is great! We very much enjoyed our stay and would love to visit again!

Nice very clean cozy beach place. Dog friendly unit ( beach was not dog friendly) No roads to cross, walk out to the beach. Lots of beach toys, chairs to use. Hard to find, GPS sent us around in circles, but once you find it you’ll be glad you did.

Wonderful!

Amazing place! So clean and included everything I needed and more! A beautiful ocean view from the deck, and a very comfy bed. Jude was very kind, and greeted me upon my arrival. He answered all of my questions and messages very quickly. My stay was perfect!!

Soooo close to Beach—-30 yards

Here is the perfect spot for one person or a couple. Two friends as well. Easy walk to beach. Less than 30 yards. Has parking. Indian Rocks Beach is so quiet and easy on the soul. Not much traffic. White sand and a calm Gulf with a breeze every day. This is a two story property with spiral staircase. That is the only possible problem for some.

I cannot say enough good things about this lovely little place! Every detail seems to have been considered when putting it together. We travel a couple of times a year, always renting from Vrbo or similar sites, and we’ve come to travel with rugs, boogie boards, beach chairs, kitchen necessities, etc. because those are things places are typically lacking. Not Jude’s place! He has everything you need for a comfortable vacation. Places often list beach chairs as an amenity but you never know what you’re going to get with that. Let me tell you, there was a variety of nice chairs that were in good shape for us to choose from! The property manager, Sami, was present and available and welcomed us like we were old friends coming for a visit. She was accommodating and answered all our questions and pointed out all the amenities that we might’ve missed. For instance, there is a pool and a hot tub available for use! She also had some great recs for places to eat!And talk about location, this was the absolute best location I’ve ever stayed! Literally out the door and down a lovely tropical path, to the end of the driveway and you are nearly on the beach. I’d never been to Indian Rocks Beach, it is lovely! We are already dreaming about when we might be able to visit again! We had been in PCB with family for a week and took a few days with just myself and my daughter to decompress after the other 6 in our party headed home. It was the perfect place for that!

Great location and cute space!

This rental is right next to the beach and is very cute. The bed is super comfy and there are doors out to a nice patio next to bed. The bathrooms are clean and new. The two floors are connected by spiral stairs so be aware if you have little kids or mobility issues. The kitchen is cute but small and has the basics but not set up for making in depth meals. There is no rental guide book so we had to contact the owner a number of times via texts with various questions but he was very responsive. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would return to this place without hesitation.

Unique, Tiny. Hidden Gem

Provided with our own parking space, we followed a "red brick road" through a beautiful maze to our downstairs bedroom and bath. We climbed the circular staircase inside to a lovely little open plan living area and half bath. Opening the door, we were pleased to find a deck with a view and table and chairs with a live plant on the table. The Bonds were very nice. We left items there, by mistake. Jenni helped us facilitate their return. We will come back again and highly recommend this property to a couple with no mobility issues. B. and D.
