Relax watching the Sunset on your private patio overlooking the canal that takes you to Tampa Bay. 4 Bedrooms with 3 Full baths, so bring your friends and family to relax and enjoy the pool and extra-large patio that flows from the pool deck to the private screened in patio. Enjoy cooking inside or grilling outside while hanging out in the screened gazebo or lounging on the sundeck. Home has been fully remodeled, and the backyard has been professionally landscaped to include walkway to the Canal and the addition of a firepit and waterfront seating area with lighting and new dock platform.

Enjoy fishing from the brand new sea wall. 5 minutes to Little Harbor resort beach. Freedom boat club and marina is within 6 minutes. Minutes to waterfront restaurants such as Sunset Grill, Hooks, Finn's, and Circles all with sunset views.

Any guests over 8 guests is an additional $10 per day per guest. All unregistered guests will be charged $10 per person per day upon checkout.

Beautiful home, well appointed and decorated so nicely. Comfortable beds and sitting areas, pleasant outdoor spaces and absolutely everything we needed for a month long stay. Hosts were so pleasant and enjoyed getting acquainted. Excellent in every way.

Spring break 2024

Was new and clean. It was in great location if wanting to travel to other cities or parks. Host responded right away. Would definitely stay here again. Wish it had kayaks but we survived:)

We had such an amazing experience at this beautiful house. We had 3 couples and each of us had our own bedroom and bathroom. The pool was amazing. The furnishings of the home were modern and high end. There were plenty of outdoor chairs and games to play. The guys even caught and released some fish off the dock. The screened in porch on the back of the house was perfect to get out of the sun and still enjoy the beautiful weather. It is close to the beach, Fort De Soto, Anna Maria Island, Apollo Beach, and so much more. I would recommend this property to anyone.

Tampa General. My wife stayed the full month, and I joined them on weekends. It was absolutely perfect; comfortable, spacious, and a true home away from home.The recently renovated house is pristine, bright, open, clean, modern, and refined. The owners made exceptional choices throughout; the beautiful décor, classic color scheme, and thoughtful appointments feel professionally designed. There is ample space, with many inviting places to relax. The kitchen was a highlight and inspired ideas for our own home. The backyard is a masterpiece, with a clean, inviting pool and a peaceful waterfront setting. It would also be ideal for families; the garage is essentially a game room.The home is in a quiet, safe area, yet Publix and restaurants are within a ten-minute drive. Ruskin is quiet but feels up-and-coming, following nearby development in Apollo Beach. Once recovery progressed, the location was perfect for afternoon outings and day trips, with easy access to downtown Tampa, Bradenton, and Sarasota.Patricia was the best VRBO host I have ever dealt with. She was sympathetic and understanding of our situation, checked in several times, and always responded without delay. Her communication was second to none. This was an exceptionally positive experience. I recommend this home without hesitation and would rent it again in a heartbeat.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful vacation home! The house was tastefully decorated, exceptionally clean, and stocked with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. It easily accommodated our family of six adults, and we never felt crowded. The beds were incredibly comfortable, which made it easy to relax after our busy days.The pool was the perfect place to cool off and unwind after long days of fishing. We also had a great time playing ping pong and foosball, which added even more fun to our family time together.Everything was so well organized—the arrival instructions were detailed and answered all of our questions before we even got there. The host was friendly, responsive, and easy to reach, although we never needed to contact them because everything was so well prepared.We truly enjoyed our stay and would absolutely book this home again. We highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a relaxing, well-appointed vacation home!

The host and the house were amazing. The host was very responsive and very helpful. The house was beautiful and exactly how it was described in the post.
