About this property
Tahoe City Cabin~Spectacular Lake View! Walk to Lake and City * WIFI*
Charming cabin with a stunning view of the lake and a convenient location.
The cabin is great for winter renters as it is close to Palisades and Homewood. And the national forest neighboring the house makes for amazing sledding.
During the summer you can start your day with a bang by going river rafting down Truckee River, then wind down with a nice barbecue lunch on the deck or walk down to Sunnyside for some dining on the lake. And don't forget all the hiking and biking there is to be done in the national forest and around the lake!
The master bedroom has 2 full sized beds and a connecting bathroom. The other bedrooms share a full bathroom; one room has a bunk bed and twin bed, and the other has a queen. Wake up in each room with a view of the sunrise over the lake. The kitchen has been recently renovated, and the connecting living room has a wood burning fireplace, tv, board games, and a great view

By far the best rental home I've ever stayed in. I felt almost like anything I would normally "need" was there. And super clean! The home was in a very quiet neighborhood with some other homes around but the trees provided great privacy. Super easy to get to house. We stayed 3 nights and found some great hikes in the area. It was awesome coming back to this little piece of paradise each evening. The main road was down the hill from the house and the sound of cars going by was usually always there from the front porch. Not a deal-breaker for us. Stars at night were amazing!
everything was great, and the host was very responsive… Our stay was complicated by a problem with the driveway in the snow, which did create a couple days of hassle, but I believe it is resolved… and from now on our truck will have a winch on the front!
Fantastic views of the lake from very large deck. Deck has multiple chairs, picnic table, and grill. 2 of the 3 bedrooms had sliders to the deck. Nice to have working fireplace for nights. Property at end of dead end street so no traffic noise. Clean with washer and dryer, airfryer, kuerig, toaster, kettle, plates, cups, etc. Master bedroom has attached bath, which you cannot access any other way than through the master bedroom. Second bathroom in hallway in-between 2nd and 3rd bedrooms. Large open kitchen/dining/living area. Highly recommend!
Super location. It had an excellent view of the lake and mountains. We walked to a few cafes and restaurants along a fabulous cycle and pedestrian trail. The house was very well equipped.
Another wonderful stay at this great house. Beautiful view, awesome deck with great outdoor seating. Fantastic location. Owner is very responsive and helpful.
We had another fabulous stay! The view is amazing and we absolutely love the location - can walk to town or Sunnyside. The great room and the deck are spacious. The owner is super responsive as well. We can’t wait to book our next trip!
Our group of five very much enjoyed our stay. There was a stunning view of the lake from the deck with lots of seating. The beds were comfortable and I’ve never seen such a well stocked kitchen!
Wonderful cabin with stunning lake views! Very clean, comfortable beds and excellent kitchen for some home cooked meals…including some fresh fish from our fishing charter. Definitely will stay here again!
Best place we have ever rented. Everything was as advertised and the view of the lake is spectacular!! Owner very responsive. We will definitely be back!!
