Located close to everything, this gorgeous 3 Bedroom home is set on a lot open to the sun while still surrounded by the live oaks. The gourmet kitchen is a chefs delight to be able to create great meals while enjoying the company of friends and family. Enjoy the spa baths with beach and sea tile-scape finishes that make it seem like you are bathing on the edge of the ocean.

After a day at the beach or pool it is a refreshing treat to wander down the tree lined street and enjoy the peace and serenity of the maritime forest. Continue the refresh experience with an outdoor shower with the live oaks and birdsongs overhead. You will be greeted by the "southern hospitality" front open porch to sit and enjoy morning coffee or afternoon cocktails

As you enter the home you will happily find a beautifully decorated home in the Serena and Lilly style embracing the elegant beach vibes. An open floor plan allows for the entire family to hang together - the BHI family experience at its best. For some quiet time, you can wander onto the back screen porch and enjoy the forest breeze. Three extra-large bedrooms will accommodate your family with ease. The master suite is on the main level with a spa-like bath and walk in closet. Upstairs you will find two other XL bedrooms - one features a queen bed and en-suite bath, and the second bedroom boasts two double beds and bath. There is an outdoor shower for your use after a day at the beach.

Very close to everything - the BHI club, restaurants, shops and the marina Head Island Club. The home is also well situated with a large open area in front for the children to play and to enjoy a gathering around the BBQ.

A very short cart ride in the newer 6 seat cart gets you to the new BHI Club Aquatic Center which features 4 new tennis courts, a playground, short-grass recreational area, workout facility, multiple swimming pools and water slide, croquet course, new pickleball all courts, casual and fine dining and, of course, the George Cobb designed, award winning 18-hole golf course.

Bald Head Island is only accessible by boat or by a ferry, which departs frequently out of Southport, NC. Southport is 40 minutes from the Wilmington, NC (ILM) airport. A tram ride to the home is included with your ferry ticket. Reservations are required. Visitors and residents travel around the island by golf cart, bike or by foot.

This house comes with a new 6 passenger golf cart, 4 new beach chairs, beach toys, and an umbrella. Bikes can be rented at Riverside Adventure.

We have a professional property manager who lives full time on the island to make your stay as enjoyable as possible.

An upscale grocery market, spa, and shopping area is a short golf cart ride away. Discover the Bald Head Island Conservancy at the end of South Beach, where you can learn about the island’s wildlife. Climb to the top of “Old Baldy,” which is the oldest lighthouse on the East coast.
