Family Getaway

Enjoyed our stay greatly. Close to Pier Park, short walk to the beach and plenty of room in our rental. The pool was right out the back door. Definitely recommend for your family getaway!

Beautiful Home

The property was lovely and had everything we needed. It was close to the beach and the pool was relaxing. The location was good also, right between the craziness of Panama City and the laid back charm of Rosemary Beach. I would recommend the property. Only dislike was the numerous stairs!

Beautiful house i wish we would have had access to elevator lol...but it was so awesome and i love the fact that they had a charcoal grill ...pool was grest and we could literally walk to the beach ⛱️. Great location!!

Awesome House

The house and location were both amazing. We loved all of the decor and all "little things" that Ryan had thought about (laundry baskets, towel hooks and luggage racks, etc). It was so nice! Also, having the additional fridge in the garage was a huge plus. We hope to come back and stay soon!

Great place and a great location

This place is wonderful and I would recommend it. The only warning would be for people that have trouble with stairs (from the bottom floor to the first floor is 19 steps and then another 19 to the top floor). This is probably pretty standard for Florida.

The Townhouse was well equipped with everything you would need plus, it was clean and a nice short walk to the beach. If I could think of anything negative - It does have alot of stairs but we knew it was 3 stories. Amazing time with our family and friends. Thanks for an amazing week!

100% perfect trip

Communication and details from the host was the best we have ever experienced! This place accommodates people of any age. Very spacious, super close to the beach, and very private. The pool was perfect. The additional grassy area was a perfection extension for outdior play. They literally had everything you needed plus some. We will 100% stay here again.

Family fun in Florida

Great location. Plenty of space and amenities. The floors were a little dirty when we arrived, but understandable. The only negative is also a positive. We hauled a lot of "stuff" that we didn't need to because it was already there, but we didn't know it. Things like beach chairs, wagon, portable crub, high chair, etc.

Awesome place to stay!

This a great place to stay! It is exactly as described! There’s lots of space for everyone to be comfortable (there were 13 of us). There were so many extras (beach chairs, wagons, umbrellas, toys, towels and so much more). Great hosts…quick to answer any questions. Pool was wonderful…..beach access was as easy as described. The beach……unbelievable…..almost like a private beach. I can’t say enough about this property. Don’t miss the opportunity to rent this place! Lots of great family memories made here!

Location, Location, Location!

Great Location, short walk to the beach access. House was equipped with everything one would need ..kitchen small appliances, utensils all provided, beach chairs, umbrella, pull cart for the beach. All the bedrooms and bathrooms were well appointed. All the mattresses were comfortable. There is even a washer and dryer. Only drawback for a senior renter would be the steps up to 2nd and 3rd levels. Wish that the lower level bedroom had a king and not a queen bed for senior members of family. In all, for us celebrating our 50th anniversary with our family it was the perfect place. Highly recommend.

Amazing house & location

The house worked out perfectly for our annual July 4th beach trip. The close proximity to the beach was key for us and this house definitely checked that box. You can be on the beach in about 1 minute once your outside and the area is great. Not as crowded as we’re used to being slightly up/down the coast. The extra garage fridge was a big plus for us since we had 3 families in the house. They also had many chairs/umbrellas and two beach wagons. We also left some boogie boards for the next guests. The house was very clean and the beds were super comfortable. The host also communicated very well. We are booking the place again for next year!

Family Christmas Vacation at Beach Please 2022

Our experience at this property has been nothing short of AMAZING! Honestly, we cannot see ourselves staying anywhere else but here now that we have experienced it. The house had everything we needed to spend a full week. The time went by way too fast and we were never looking for something to do. Even when it was too cold to stay at the beach, we had plenty of activities to do at the house. We have a large family and yet we didn’t need more towels, bedding, or beds. The beach chairs were an added bonus for our beach bonfire. Thank you for setting us up for a great trip where we made memories that will last a lifetime!

Spring Break Perfect

My family and two others stayed together and it worked lovely. We had one set of adults on each floor and the kids shared the bunk room (boys) and the other king bed ( 2 pre teen girls). The kids shared their bathroom and all of the adult pairs had their own private bath attached to their rooms. Everything was as promised in the listing. The garage full of beach supplies was the icing on the cake. We rarely saw others using the pool. The 2 days we used the pool it was only our group. Book it - you won’t regret it. Yes it has stairs, but that was my built in calorie burning on vacay lol. It also was a nice way to give our multiple family group some private space while sharing a home. We LOVED our stay. The beach is gorgeous and we ran back and forth without thinking twice. Super close! We rented a pontoon and spent the day at Shell Island. You are close enough to the Pier and all that it has to offer, yet safe at home from any partygoer’s noise. Great stay!

Excellent house, would definitely stay there again. Coming home to my house was depressing. Loved all the beach chairs, beach towels, the beach wagons. Only thing I would change is the bed on the first floor….uncomfortable.

Great stay in Panama City Beach

This property is very spacious and perfect for large families that want space. Be prepared for the stairs. There are lots of stairs, but it had all of the amenities we needed. Make sure you access the Beach from Pier 90, much easier than other beach access that surrounds the property. Lots of room on the beach, felt very private.

I could not have asked for a better place to stay! I will 1000% be looking to stay here again…. The property owner is the most accommodating I’ve ever experienced. Family atmosphere around the property and the jacuzzi tub in the upstairs master is amazing. I could go on and on about this property and the hospitality we were shown. 20 out of 10 would recommend.

Amazing Stay

The house was immaculate. The communication with the property manager was extremely fast and helpful. The walk to the beach was no big deal as the beach access is directly in front of the house. We loved our stay!

Great Stay at Beach Please

We really enjoyed our stay here! This was the closest we've ever stayed to the beach, and it was great!! It wasn't super crowded at all, and it was only a short walk!! The host also provided plenty of towels, beach towels, beach toys, and kitchen accessories to be used during our stay. We would definitely book again!
