The kitchen is setup for a professional chef with a bench style breakfast table and a gas fireplace. The diniing area has a long dining table overlooking the ocean. The living room features high end furnituree, large LED TV and gas fireplace.

Spacious bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms will make your stay as comfortable as any place you have ever stayed. Some additional inside luxury features include: Sonos sounds system, motorized shades, heated bathroom floors and storm shutters.

Outside the home is an oceanside oasis with private dock. The outdoor patio provides for outdoor seating with amazing sunset views! The private dock is yours to swim, launch kayaks or stand up paddle boards. Walk across the street to Mother's Beach and/or enroll your children in KBIA for your stay! Parking for up to four cars.

The home comes with luxury Cuddledown linens and towels.

Quiet, Relaxing Family Trip

This property is situated on the point where you have east and west views of the beaches and water from inside the house. The house is beautiful! Such a serene feeling there! It is like new. We think we were the first family to use the barbecue grill. The tools were still in their package! The house has lovely, fresh decor. Everything is clean, and comfortable. There are plenty of screened windows and doors to open for the nice breezes. The beds, pillows and linens are all very plush and cozy. There are ceiling fans in all of the bedrooms. The bathrooms are nice sizes and pretty. The kitchen is well supplied with every kind of kitchenware you could need. There is plenty of tableware. Our family of ten had an incredible stay at this house. There is plenty of room, we never felt cramped. It was a dream staying at 7 Lord's Point!
