About the space:
Located in the finest ski-in/ski-out complex, this 2-bedroom, 2 bath, condo is the perfect place to enjoy the amazing year-round activities that Mammoth Lakes has to offer. The property sits on the ski/bike trail at Eagle Lodge and borders the beautiful Valentine Reserve and town bike path.

This condo has an open floorplan, with mountain décor and cozy living room, kitchen, and dining areas. The living room offers comfortable couches, queen sleeper sofa, Samsung Smart TV and an ambient gas fireplace. The kitchen has solid stone granite countertops comes fully stocked with everything needed to cook a nice meal. The dining room table is in the main living area and has seating for 4. There is a private porch off the main living area, perfect for soaking in the mountain views, fresh air, and starry night sky.

Both bedrooms offer nice afternoon sun, and mountain views. The primary bedroom offers a king-sized bed with ensuite bathroom, TV, dresser and closet space. The primary bathroom offers a large vanity with granite countertops and a tub/shower. The second bedroom has two twin sized beds, also with TV, dresser and closet space. The second bathroom is ensuite to the second bedroom and shared with the main living area – it also has a granite vanity and walk-in shower.

We provide coffee, coffee filters, creamer, sugar, salt, pepper, and cooking oil. We also provide all linens and towels, shampoo, conditioner, hairdryer, soap, lotion, toilet paper, paper towels, tissues, dish soap, dish detergent, sponges, and trash bags.

You will have the entire condo to yourselves.

The HOA amenities are available to all guests staying at Sunstone. There is a year-round heated pool and jacuzzi, in-building laundry room, gym, and secure garage parking.

There is 1 parking pass permitted for this property - park in any open space available in the heated, underground parking garage. Please ensure parking pass is visible in your vehicle.
