Family Get Together

This place was great for our trip. Lots of space to spread out as needed, the porch outside was a great place for our big group to gather. Isabelle responded quickly with any questions we had!

We were in town for a soccer tournament and the house was more than spacious enough for our women's team. Isabelle was very responsive to me. The internet was not connecting but to be fair, we did not bring it to Isabelle's attention as we were pretty tired after a full day of soccer games and for the most part we just hung out, talked about the days' games and went to bed. The beds were amazing especially after a full day of games. If we come back next year for the tournament, we will most likely ask to stay again, should the internet be fixed. Other than that, both host and house were top notch. Definitely, would recommend.

Great place for a big group

Fabulous property! Lots of great space to accommodate all our events and wonderful places to relax and enjoy time with family. All technology worked as it should and the host was very easy to communicate with.

Great Stay, beautiful house

Wonderful stay for our group of 12 friends. Plenty of space and the activities in the house are a nice touch. House was clean and Isabelle our host was very accomodating and easy to reach. We did feel like the walls were a bit thin and noise travelled easily, but otherwise everything was great

A House Perfect for A Big Group!

This house was perfect for our family needs for the three nights we stayed. It was a little bit of a challenge finding a house that would accommodate 10 adults, however we knew that when we found this house that it fit the bill perfectly. With seven bedrooms, each with either a queen size or king size bed, and several living/den type rooms to relax in, it was a perfect house to host our family for the three nights. The house is located in a convenient location to reach all parts of Denver quickly and easily and because it's on a private cul-de-sac, the neighborhood was quiet and felt very safe. Our hostess was kind and thoughtful providing us with complimentary waters and snacks. I would stay in this house again!

We had a great visit to Arvada. Good location. The house is pretty good for a large group, but not great. Spacious and lots of bedrooms. We had an issue with an upstairs toilet, and we never got hot water to several of the bathrooms. Isabella was quick to get a plumber over for the toilet, so 4 stars for communications, but we shouldnt have to call about a toilet not flushing and cold water in shower. The landscaping in back had not been mowed or tended to in months. But we enjoyed the patio nonetheless.

I give this property a 1/10 only because it had the space it advertised. Otherwise:*There were no smoke alarms or carbon monoxide detectors to be found.*The small of mold and mildew was overpowering in the basement. There was obvious water damage.*The hot is cold and cold is hot in some faucets. Dangerous for children.*The counter tops were ceramic tile with filthy grout and peeling painted wood trim. Do not want to cook on them.*Numerous big spiders had to killed.*Carpets and floors were dirty.*Bathrooms were dirty.*Bedroom doors in the basement did not close properly so privacy was an issue.*The garage was disgusting!!*Many of the egress windows in the basement did not open. Safety issue.*Many trip hazards on the floors.*Light switches didn’t work or were upside down.*Very sketchy neighborhood*Outside sidewalk was very uneven and one of our visitors tripped and fell.This property was worse than I can even explain. I would NOT recommend this property.
