Our 2 bedroom 1 bath home located in a very quiet and peaceful neighborhood in North Seattle. For those looking for a short term stay in Seattle, this home comes furnished with everything you need to make your stay conveniently comfortable. The home was recently renovated home has modern appliances and stylish furnishings.

Our home is located just north of the bustling Greenwood neighborhood and just east of Carkeek park. The home is very close to the interurban bike trail and is a 5 min drive to the Northgate Light Rail station. This is a nice quite area to stay in Seattle if you are looking to get away from the bustle of downtown.

There are 2 bedrooms: 1 is a full murphy bed and 1 is a queen bed. One room has a full closet, dressers and a TV. The other has a space to hang clothes above the washer dryer and has a sliding door that leads to the backyard. The bathroom is an exposed copper rain shower with a shower bath combo. The kitchen as a large refrigerator, convection oven, microwave, dishwasher, large sink, and all necessary cooking utensils. The living room has an electric fireplace and a projector with a fire stick for your streamlining pleasures.

This home has a large backyard with a fire pit, bench seatings, and a relaxing water feature. The fence in the backyard leads to an alley. There is a detached garage that will be locked during your stay but you are welcome to park in front of the garage in the alley way if you would like.
