This home is available for full months only Jan-April and weekly and weekends for summer.

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
TURN AIR TO 80 DEGREES
PUT TOWELS IN THE LAUNDRY ROOM
MAKE SURE ALL POOL EQUIPMENT & HEATERS ARE TURNED OFF
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Must sign an AZ State Property Management Contract. A refundable deposit of $500 outside of VRBO for less than 28 days and $1000 for 28 or more days.
Lake Havasu has a 10PM noise curfew. No dirty dishes left in the sink. The dishes can be left in the dishwasher clean
Please wash a load of towels, they can be left drying in the dryer.
